Newly remodeled Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

Centrally Located in Downtown Rogers just a block off the Railyard Loop bike path and a short ride to the Railyard Bike Park. Easy walk to Ozark Brewery, Harp's grocery Store and other Hotspots.

If you're looking to explore the trails in and around Bentonville this place is amazing cuz it's literally 50' from the connecting trail to town and to the slaughter house trail system! Had a great stay! Cheers.
