Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cette superbe villa ! Le cadre est idyllique, avec une vue imprenable. La maison est spacieuse, propre, bien équipée, et décorée avec goût. On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Mention spéciale pour la piscine, idéale pour se détendre après une journée de visite, balade ou même après la plage. L’emplacement est également top : au calme, tout en étant proche du centre-ville 20 min voiture centre Nice et plage 20 min voiture (Attention 5 min de petit chemin pour l’accès à la villa). Nicolas est très réactif ,de bon conseils et disponibles . Une adresse que nous recommandons sans problème.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Carina war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Carine hat bei der Ausstattung so gut wie an alles gedacht. Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren auch super. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :)

Diese Unterkunft ist perfekt für eine Kombination aus Unternehmungen in der Gegend und Ruhe mit Privatsphäre. Das Appartement ist im Hinterland gelegen und nur durch eine kleine Serpentinenstraße erreichbar. In ca. 20 Minuten ist man in Nizza am Hafen. Die Beschreibung zur Unterkunft war super, wir haben es auf Anhieb gefunden und wurden von Laetitia herzlich begrüßt. Sie und Clément standen uns immer zur Verfügung. Der Ausblick vom Appartement ist fantastisch. Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung ist sehr modern und zu viert perfekt. Der kleine Pool ist erfrischend und der Jacuzzi herrlich entspannend am Abend. Wir können die Unterkunft total empfehlen. Für uns war es genau das richtige und Laetitia und Clément sind herzliche Gastgeber, denen ihre Gäste wichtig sind. Gerne wieder!

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Merci Chrystelle pour un séjour plus qu’agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduit par la beauté de la propriété et par votre passion pour la culture de fleurs et plantes médicinales. Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

- Insgesamt: Sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. - Platz: Wir waren zu zweit und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Für ein Paar und Kinder hat es genug Platz, jedoch für 2 Paare vermutlich zu knapp. Das „Haupt“-Bett im oberen Geschoss ist eher schmal. - Lage: Sehr ruhige Lage, abgelegen am Hang, jedoch Nachbarn die man am Tag teilweise hört im Garten. Am Abend hört man Frösche quaken. Ca. 20 Min mit dem Auto nach Nizza und 5 Min ins Dorf Tourette-Levens, wo ein Spar, eine Bäckerei und 3-4 Restaurants bestehen. Ca. 30 Min mit dem Auto nach Monaco. Parkplatz vorhanden. - Sauberkeit: Alles sehr sauber. Genügend Handtücher, WC-Papier Putzmittel, Shampoo, etc vorhanden. - Gastgeberin: Sehr freundlich und leidenschaftlich. Hat am 1. Morgen sogar proaktiv Croissants gekauft und vorbeigebracht. Judith sorgt für maximale Privatsphäre der Gäste. - Pool: Grosser Pool, gefüllt mit Salzwasser (wenig Salz), genügend Platz für 4-5 Personen. - Minuspunkte: Outdoor-Dusche beim Pool und das WLAN haben nic

Everything was wonderful from check-in to check-out! The apartment was perfect for just the two of us—cozy, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite parts was the private garden—it was so peaceful and filled with beautiful foliage, making it the perfect place to unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well every night. Franck, Isabelle, Aline, and their adorable pets—Navy the dog and their three sweet cats—were all very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Logement calme et propre, bien situé pour visiter la région. Très bonne literie. Hôte accueillante et sympathique qui pense notamment à donner des indications sur les visites à faire et à laisser quelques rafraîchissement à ses visiteurs. Elle est à l'écoute si besoin. Je recommande ce logement.

Superfin och bra utrustad lägenhet med en helt fantastisk takterrass. Benoit var både hjälpsam och trevlig och kommunikationen var snabb och okomplicerad. I husets bottenplan finns en livsmedelsbutik och en superbra pizzeria med napolitanska pizzor (finfint att hämta upp och avnjuta på terrassen). Rekommenderar absolut både värd och lägenhet och hoppas komma tillbaka! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alexandra was really helpful, answering my questions about the city even before I arrived in Nice. She is super responsive and even dedicated time and effort to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out during our stay. Thank you so much Alexandra! The home was also clean and clutter-free, located in a very central location yet it was not noisy at all. Definitely would recommend Alexandra’s home in Nice!

This place lived up to the high expectations of the listing and other guest reviews. Dom was very responsive and helpful from check-in to the end of our stay. The home and its views were incredible. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and home - everything felt incredibly safe. The very short walk to the grocery store was a big plus for us and we got food there daily for meals and snacks. Would love to come back in the future and sit overlooking the bay in the evenings again.

I had a very pleasant stay. Easy parking in the garage. Nice view at the city and sea. Apartment was clean and everything you need. Jean-Yves is a nice and friendly person. I would recommend a stay there. But keep in mind it is more easy to have a car with you. Thank you for everything Jean-Yves.

Great stay in Olivier and Manuela’s studio. The apartment is private and perfect for a couple and in a calm area, exactly as shown in pictures. Newly renovated, air conditioned, fully equipped with a kitchen that provides facilities to cook if required. A car or bicycles are necessary to access amenities nearby - although we took taxis into and out of Nice one night which was easy enough to do. Nice and the surrounding areas are a short drive. Olivier is a great guy, extremely kind and friendly. I would highly recommend their apartment and them as hosts

The location is amazing— right next to the beach and the markets, and lots of restaurants and shops in the old city. There are many bars open late all around the apartment. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Our host was very helpful and responsive.

Vi er to venninner som hadde fredlige dager på denne nydelige eiendommen. Da vi ikke hadde bil og det var er stykke til matbutikken ble vi veldig glad da husverten hadde litt basis varer i kjøleskapet ved ankomst. Dette var mer enn hva vi kunne bedt om og en hyggelig overraskelse som vi ikke kunne forventet. Husvert gikk above and beyond for at vi skulle trives og tilbød seg til og med å handle litt for oss når hun skulle i butikken da butikkene var stengt og vi hadde ikke helt kontroll. Tusen takk for vennligheten. Leiligheten er sjarmerende, koselig innredet, ren og pen og med behagelig seng og god dusj. Flott at vi kunne låne vaskemaskinen. Herlig uteområde med nydelig utsikt over eiendommen og landsbyen. Dette er en perle som vi gjerne besøker igjen. Dagligvare i nærheten. Litt bratte bakker, men er man i ok form går det helt fint. Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

和朋友2人在尼斯度过了4天。公寓距离火车站很近，火车站不远处也有电车车站，这使我们在尼斯的每日出行都很便利。我们也徒步到过海边，大概需要走15分钟。公寓和描述一致，干净简洁。楼里有电梯，方便我们搬运行李。我们入住的几天正好天气比较炎热，电扇、空调缓解了高温。我们也使用了洗衣机。对于3-4天的行程来说，这是性价比很高的房源。房东Florin及时地回复我的消息，给我提供了实用的信息，全程沟通顺畅。

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

A beautiful Mediterranean view from the terrace. This place is a little away from the crowd, which really works for us. If you use buses, you can go everywhere. The location is especially convenient when you visit Monaco (by bus) or eze village (by taxi as the host recommends). You could walk to Castle hill as well. Vassil is such a wonderful host. I think that he is really ready for having his guests in every way. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I already miss it!

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

Das Apartment ist klasse und hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Selbst im Detail hat alles gepasst: eine sehr gute Klimaanlage und ein äußerst bequemes Bett. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr/Besteck und überhaupt das ganze Apartment waren super sauber. Sophie antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen und ist immer erreichbar. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!
