Apartment vacation rentals in Falicon

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

Really lovely spacious modern apartment in the old city, minutes walk from Place Garibaldi and the Tram stops. Nice to come back to relax in the late afternoon. The balcony overlooks a very pretty and peaceful garden area. Very quiet at night. We appreciated the elevator in the building. Many restaurants to choose from nearby and easy to walk to the Port. Mathieu and Melanie very kind and responsive. Would choose again.

We loved our stay at Catherine's! The apartment was clean, well decorated, and with an amazing view. We fell in love with Tourettes-sur-Loup. Thank you for a great vacation!

The place is comfortable, clean, and has a good location. Near the accommodation there are greengrocers, super markets and restaurants. Nico's attention was excellent, super clear with the instructions and very friendly.

My fiancé and I had a lovely stay at Marc and Françoise's place. The place is very beautiful and charming, and they are a great host who respects ones privacy. Definitely recommend it!

Great location — super easy to walk to everything, from restaurants to the beach. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-renovated. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The place is as described and pictured everything is modern and updated . It is large enough for a family of four and generally a relatively larger place for what you typically find in Europe.. The floor plan is great . Has everything you need. Location is perfect . Good views . The check in and check out times are also good. The host Francois was great and responsive. Overall a great place . No complaints throughout our stay.

The apartment was super modern, lovely balcony and location right by the promenade of anglais. Everything mentioned in the description is there, and it looks exactly as per pictures. The place is beautiful amazing view and also felt like home. Thought you should know you will half to walk a lot if you don’t have a car but its soo perfect.

The apartment is set in beautiful grounds and boasts amazing views across the bay and the town. Indoors we had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom went straight onto the outside space. A great way to start the day admiring the scenery drinking a coffee. The lounge area was spacious and comfortable with a big range of entertainment options should you need it. The walk to the centre takes about 20 minutes on foot if you choose not to rent a car. If you are on foot and want to get some groceries try the Casino store which is about 5 minutes away down the steps. Julien was an excellent host, what we particularly loved was being left to do our own thing all the while knowing that if we did need anything Julien was on hand. We had a truly wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for something special on your visit to Vilefranche su mer.

We were so pleased to stay at Martine’s apartment in the charming town of Villefranche-Sur-Mer! It was exceptionally comfortable and a perfect location within the town as well as on the Côte d’Azur. The apartment had everything we needed and having had spectacular weather, we were able to enjoy the wonderful view while sitting on the balcony! It was very easy to get around the town as well as explore nearby towns via train or bus. Thank you again to Martine and Doumé for their gracious hospitality and we look forward to returning in the near future.

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

We spent an amazing week enjoying the beautifully appointed condo and it’s amazing large balcony and spectacular views. The city , beaches, train as well as grocery and shops were all accessible by bus or by foot. Just far enough away from the noise and crowds made for peaceful evenings on the balcony after busy sightseeing days. A very safe building and area close to muséum and park. Marion and Justin were excellent to deal with and made for a stress free holiday, which was sincerely appreciated. Hopefully we will have the pleasure of returning again. This place is such a gem. It’s spacious and well-appointed with everything you could need for your stay. It would be very comfortable for a long term stay, too. The bed is comfortable, air conditioning perfect, and it’s a peaceful and private location. The apartment itself has so much personality and charm. Edith was incredibly responsive and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Can’t recommend enough!

Jario and Stephan were excellent hosts and were very helpful. They gave great instructions on how to get to the flat and were very welcoming when we arrived. Stephan was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier than the advertised check in time. The flat is ideally located very close to a tram stop which makes all of Nice very accessible. It is also a very short walk from the sea with a lovely view from the balcony. Would have no hesitation recommending the property or the hosts they were a pleasure to deal with.Will definitely be making a return visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, the interior is fully equipped and tidy, everything is just right, the owner replied promptly and recommended the instructions for the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are a lot of delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend
