Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Recently refurbished, located in the quiet neighborhood of Soleta. It has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, an open dining room with a sofa bed, and an elevator (for the exclusive use of those with reduced mobility). It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Guests are reminded that after the update of the Spanish Royal Decree, it will be required to provide various personal details. Pets are allowed, but they must be included in the reservation as there is a charge for them.

The house has 3 plants. Two separate floors for the exclusive use of guests and 1 ground floor (basement) where we usually spend our time. 1.5 km (0.9 miles) from EZCARAY, with a suitable bike path. The area is very quiet, with large gardens for the kids (there is parking space right next to the house). It has an American barbecue. There is a community pool during the summer period (APPROXIMATELY June–September) and recreational courts. It's a lovely town, close to VALDEZCARAY (for SKIING).
