The EXTERIOR of the house has a PRIVATE GARDEN with BARBECUE, DINING ROOM and another HAMMOCK area to enjoy the views of the MOUNTAINS and the VINEYARDS in which it is immersed. The INTERIOR has a large KITCHEN DINING ROOM LIVING ROOM, two BEDROOMS and two full BATHROOMS. *For stays longer than 4 days, a change of sheets and towels is included.

The house has 3 floors. 2 independent ones for the exclusive use of guests and 1 ground floor where we usually are. Close to EZCARAY and with a suitable walking lane for the whole family (1.5 km). The area is very quiet, with large gardens to be able to be without danger to the children. It has an American barbecue. There is a community pool and this year 2024 they are open from 06/01/24 to 09/29/24 and recreational courts. It is a charming village, near VALDEZCARAY (SKI slopes)
