The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

A beautiful spacious home from home, perfect for those keen to explore this stunning area of France renowned for its gastronomy, history and natural beauty. Excideuil is a peaceful town with shops and restaurants and a lively weekly market. Our 18th century house was previously owned by a hat maker, hence the name. We have renovated it so that it is really comfortable and well equipped, but kept its historic charm including some fabulous 60s styling! All bedrooms are on the 1st floor.

Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house, Chez Colette et Mimi, is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful areas of Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the early 18th century, here everything breathes peace, harmony and beauty. It's the perfect place to recharge and radiate as you discover the beautiful Dordogne region. Chez Colette et Mimi is the old barn, built in 1702, which we converted into a luxurious house.

La Dorioterie Gîte

Located on one level, La Dorioterie offers a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a covered terrace. It has three double bedrooms with private bathrooms, including a family room with bunk beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for optimal comfort throughout the year. Outside, the heated private pool (from May to September inclusive) allows you to relax while admiring the view. Great for a stay with family or friends in Périgord.
