This custom built home was completed and furnished 2016. Large lot, full walkout basement w/ bar, 5 bed + office with couch-sofa, 4.5 bath, screened porch, beautiful views. Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Great small town and quiet neighborhood

Large gently slopped yard perfect for games. 120-foot Beach, firepite, bluestone patio. The beach is NOT for swimming from shore but directly outside the channel is the best part of Prior Lake. Lower Prior Lake has Candy Cove, Cow Bay, and is the larger body of water with depths past 50 feet. Boudin Bay is great for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and is located on the northern most portion of Lower Prior Lake so just outside the channel is great for tubing or swimming.

This 1906 house is across the street from White Bear Lake. This charming 4 bedroom+ and 2 full bath lake house . The house sleeps up to 10 guests, and feels very homey. It's a great place for famly gathering, retreats, or a few people getting away together. Stillwater and the City of White Bear Lake are just minutes away. 10 mintues from Century College.
