The Elk River Valley is relatively quiet, brilliant starry nights, and has 50% more sunny days than Eureka proper. Equipped with Starlink, rural connectivity has never been better. You'll see and hear many species of birds, deer, fox, and maybe even a Barred Owl at dusk.

You’ll share walls with my dog and I, so will sometimes hear us, though we try to be considerate neighbors. Your comfort is very important to me!

Located in sunny Cutten in a quiet, safe neighborhood on a street that dead ends. It is within walking distance to beautiful Sequoia Park. Guest suite with private entrance and small yard. This is a one bedroom with a queen size bed. There is an additional queen sofa bed in the living room. There is one bathroom and a full kitchen. There is a grocery store, gas station, and restaurants within walking distance. Also close to the hospital. Host is available and onsite, but respects your privacy.
