Giulia was a lovely host, extremely helpful and kind. Check in worked out flawlessly. The apartment is located close to public transport which made exploring the city easy. I would totally recommend this stay for anybody who wants to see rome!

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

Flawless experience. Exceeded all of our expectations and we loved the neighborhood that was within walking distance of the tourist spots but quiet and private. We would definitely stay here again.

This place in Rome is an absolute must for first-time visitors, and from here you will continue to stay. It is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from the main train station, and about a 6-minute walk to metro lines 3 and 8, which provide easy access to all major attractions throughout the city. This makes getting around Rome, as well as traveling to and from the airports, very straightforward and convenient. Nearby, you’ll find a cozy café/bar right on the corner, perfect for grabbing a refreshing drink before heading back to the apartment. What truly distinguishes this place is Lacopo’s exceptional hospitality and unwavering attention to detail. He goes well beyond standard customer service by offering invaluable local insights, personalized recommendations, and ongoing support to ensure your visit is not only safe but also deeply enjoyable and memorable. Honestly, the apartment is even better than in the photos - it is very stylish, cute and perfect for 1 person (which was in my case), but I believe that it would be ok also for two persons for a few days. Kitchen is amazing and bathroom above expectations - very clean and with lots of cleaning and beauty products that this nice host left for use. It has lots of day-light, it's private and safe, as located in a building with secured and closed entrance to the garden. Street is very quiet and nice and it is reachable by different buses from the city center or Garbatella. Also very easy to reach from the Fiumicino airport. I will definitely come back when I am in Rome again.

We loved our stay in Monica's apartment. It was very clean and spacious - especially as we sat out on the balcony a lot. We found a great local restaurant (Loro) and the apartment was convenient for buses, running(!) and food shopping. We cooked quite a lot and there was all the equipment we needed in the kitchen. There is a great supermarket 2 minutes walk away. It was the perfect base for our 8 days in Rome! We had a car with us and the underground parking was easy and very secure. Monica was very friendly and very clear with everything. She responded to all our questions very quickly.

Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

Laura’s place was perfect! The pictures to find the entrance were very helpful. We had a little trouble with the apartment door lock (but we were very tired). Laura had a crib for our baby and it was all made up with the sweetest little sheets. The bathtub was amazing since we were so hot when we arrived, we were able to have a cool bath for our daughter. Everything was very tidy and clean. Laura’s instructions and suggestions were easy to follow. It was nice we could also do a little laundry. We were just staying one night on our way to Florence but wished we could stay longer. The apartment was easy to get to from the metro by walking. We highly recommend Laura’s place!

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Fabrizia and Antonio’s apartment. We were very comfortable there. They made check in very easy and provided clear directions with photos for how to get to the apartment. The apartment was also well equipped with everything we needed from snacks/water to power converters. They also provided great food recommendations in the neighborhood. We tried 3 local places they recommended and had wonderful experiences. The neighborhood felt safe and it was very convenient to the metro. We would stay again if we return to Rome! Thanks for a great experience!
