Kid-friendly vacation rentals in EUR, Rome

Great small apartment for two people. A bit out of the way in Rome but we liked getting out of the chaos of the city center after each day. Host was very accommodating and attentive.

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

L’alloggio si trova in una posizione eccezionale, vicina a tutti i principali punti di interesse. Gli interni sono spaziosi e accoglienti, ideali per un soggiorno confortevole. Il terrazzo con vista aggiunge un tocco speciale!

Massimiliano and his father Maurizio are, above all, wonderful people—welcoming and pleasant. They are always available to help in any situation. They provided us with excellent instructions on what to do and where to go. If we revisit Rome, we will definitely stay with them again. I highly recommend them to all future guests. 😍🤩

El alojamiento está muy limpio, cama muy cómoda muy tranquilo, algo lejos de la playa , pero cercano al aeropuerto en taxi unos 12 minutos, David muy amable y servicial, buena comunicación y organización

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

logement très propre et très calme, tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour. les petits déjeuners et repas sur la petite terrasse y sont très agréables bercés par le chant des oiseaux. la clim est vraiment appréciable. Andréa est un hôte agréable et très réactif, et extrêmement arrangeant. je recommande fortement car le rapport qualité/prix est top. restaurants et supermarché ainsi que transport en commun vraiment a proximité à pied.

Flawless experience. Exceeded all of our expectations and we loved the neighborhood that was within walking distance of the tourist spots but quiet and private. We would definitely stay here again.

Marco è stato un host molto gentile e preciso, mi ha fornito tutte le indicazioni di cui avevo bisogno. L'alloggio è pulitissimo, molto comodo, spazioso, arioso nonostante sia un piano terra. Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che la cucina fosse attrezzatissima, anche con utensili che non sempre si trovano in altri alloggi. La zona in cui si trova l'appartamento è bella, signorile e tranquilla ma è anche comoda per la vicinanza a supermercati, farmacie, ecc. e c'è un bellissimo parco a poca distanza. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

L'appartement est magnifique. Daniele est très disponible et réactif. Il nous a permis de check in plus tôt car notre vol était arrivé super tôt à Rome. De nombreux bus et la satation de métro permettent d'aller facilement visiter Rome. Le quartier est calme donc bien sécurisé pour des femmes lorsqu'on a dû rentrer tard. L'appartement donne envie de passer son séjour à coocooner.

Our two-night stay at MamaRoma could not have been better! Bright and spacious, we were excited to return home after busy days on our feet. Daniela personally welcomed us and was very thorough in her explanations and recommendations of the surrounding area, which is both peaceful and only a stone’s throw from the city’s biggest attractions. Fulvio has been kind and great at communicating with us, thank you very much!!

Sveva ist eine gute Gastgeberin. Wir sind mit dem Auto gekommen und sie hat uns vor Ort gleich in Empfang genommen und wir hatten einen guten,sicheren Parkplatz. Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe der U-Bahn. So das man sehr gut und schnell in Rom alles besichtigen kann. Was uns gefehlt hat waren Möbel für die wunderschöne Terasse mit ihrem Hammerblick auf Rom. Das Apartment war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es war gemütlich und sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es weiterempfehlen. Lieben Dank Sveva für den freundlichen Empfang

Alex was friendly and communicative throughout or stay. He graciously left sweet treats, toasts with jam and espresso pods for our enjoyment. We felt apart of Rome’s city life because of the apartment’s convenient location.

Ottimo appartamento moderno e rifinito con tutte le comodita'. Un grande balcone, cucina completa, letto molto confortevole, ed una zona centrale ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa in una strada residenziale con buone possibilita' di parcheggio libero, che a Roma e' abbastanza raro. Da ex residente di Roma, questo appartamento e' un compromesso ideale come posizione ed efficenza, sembra di stare a casa.

Séjour parfait, le logement est très propre, bien aménagé et avec goût et tout y est très bien expliqué Emilio est proactif et accueillant, un accueil parfait !

Laura’s place was perfect! The pictures to find the entrance were very helpful. We had a little trouble with the apartment door lock (but we were very tired). Laura had a crib for our baby and it was all made up with the sweetest little sheets. The bathtub was amazing since we were so hot when we arrived, we were able to have a cool bath for our daughter. Everything was very tidy and clean. Laura’s instructions and suggestions were easy to follow. It was nice we could also do a little laundry. We were just staying one night on our way to Florence but wished we could stay longer. The apartment was easy to get to from the metro by walking. We highly recommend Laura’s place!

Estuvimos muy cómodas en la casa de Flavio. Contaba con todo lo indispensable para pasar unos buenos días ahí, lamentablemente solamente estuvimos dos días, nos hubiera gustado estar más tiempo en Roma para conocer más la hermosa ciudad. Gracias Flavio por tus atenciones.

Нам очень понравилось в этих апартаментах. Было удобно добираться в центр, был доступ к автобусах и метро. Квартира была чистая и ухоженная, с милым интерьером. Мы были там вдвоем и было очень просторно. Хозяин квартиры был всегда с нами на связи и отвечал в течении пару минут. Так же, при въезде нас встретила милая девушка которая нам объяснила о Риме и квартире. По моему мнению квартира идентична тому что на фото!

Aldo fera parti de nos plus beaux souvenirs de ce séjour à Rome. Depuis que j'utilise Airbnb, c'est la 1ère fois que je rencontre un hôte aussi exceptionnel. Une disponibilité incroyable, de la bienveillance, très réactif sans oublier ses précieux conseils, clés de la réussite de notre 1er séjour à Rome. De plus, sa bienveillance et sa citation "vous êtes en vacances", reflètent une personnalité hors du commun. Le logement est un havre de paix après une journée de promenade où Rome donne mais prend aussi de l'énergie. Tout est pensé pour vivre comme chez soi. Le logement est apaisant et chaleureux. Quartier reculé de Rome, le quartier est vivant mais calme. Tout est à porté de main, les commerces, les restaurants, les bars. Pour les transports, moi qui appréhende le métro, je l'ai utilisé systématiquement avec beaucoup de facilité. La station est à quelques minutes de l'apertement pour rejoindre tous les quartiers à visiter de Rome. Merci Aldo pour tous tes précieux conseils

Lucia is very accommodating. The response is quick!! And the room is very convenient and there is nothing to worry about. I recommend it. The sofa is a bit small to sleep on.

If you are coming to Rome then you won’t go wrong by choosing this apartment. It is exactly as described and the hosts are very helpful, offering to arrange lifts to the airport and there is a comprehensive information pack with lots of recommendations for attractions and restaurants/bars. The area itself has a lovely relaxed feel to it and there are so many good restaurants literally on the doorstep. You are literally a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Rome and all the attractions. Using the local buses is so easy, just tap the contactless point on the bus and for €1.50 you get 100 minutes to use any of the buses. It was 37c when we were there so it was nice to hop on an air conditioned bus occasionally to get back to the area at the end of the day.

Magdalena est une hôte formidable, très chaleureuse et qui propose de nombreuses recommandations utiles pour un séjour sur Rome. L’appartement est confortable et se situe dans un quartier calme et sécurisé. Je recommande chaleureusement ☺️
