Vacation rentals with a patio in EUR, Rome

Pictures reflected the unit well, was only in town for a layover, was a quiet unit and easy to access.

From the moment we stepped into the place it felt very cozy. In a very quiet neighbourhood and as mentioned, a minute walk to the bus stop to take you to the city of Ancient Rome. Places to eat nearby as well. The highlight of the place was the spacious outdoor patio, where we took nap each afternoons. The place itself was equipped with nice comfy bed, kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove where we made caffe every morning. The bathroom was nice and clean, we had one minor issue on day 1 but Apollonia and her partner came over right away at night to fix it and now that is going above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Grazie Mille :) Again, I can’t emphasize the Catello home, would definitely recommend this place and will book it again without any hesitation.

Massimo’s apartment was a beautiful, peaceful oasis of cool for a few very hot days in Rome. It was lovely to come out of Rome on the train and only have a short walk back home with the welcome relief of a/c to turn on. Massimo and his son were wonderful hosts, meeting us and showing us round the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they showed us the way to a very good restaurant and Massimo even arranged a taxi for us back to the airport, which was quite a bit cheaper than an Uber. We would definitely recommend them if you want to be a little bit out of town.

Matteo was a very attentive host, and the apartment was spotless and complied with the information provided. It was a very pleasant stay.

This is a fantastic property in a super location which forces you to go off the beaten track the main tourist spots. There are some lovely little bars nearby and the walk down into town is amazing. Full of sights and bustle. This is a great property.

Francesco was really attentive and helpful! We accidentally left the keys inside the home and he was on top of it right away making sure it got resolved. The home was clean and very local to metro stations. We had a good experience!

We spent a few days in this lovely place . Simonetta and Tonino welcomed us warmly. We had some great tips about the neighborhood and sightseeing in Rome. They were available and helpful. We highly recommend this rental.

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

It's hard to find the right words to describe how special my stay in Simone's cottage was. It wasn't just a home for a few days, it was a refuge, a peaceful corner that welcomed me when I needed it most. The apartment is cared for in every detail, you can see that behind every object there is a hand that has thought about how to make those who enter really feel at home. Simone is the host that everyone should meet at least once in their life: attentive but never intrusive, kind without effort, present in the most human and sincere way possible. He didn't just host me, he made me feel welcome, really. And in a world that is always in a rush, this has immense value. Leaving was strange, like leaving a dear friend's house, with that lump in your throat that makes you say "I'll be back". Because yes, I'll be back. Thanks Simone, really.

Such a gem of a place! Location is not too far; accessible by metro and taxi. The host was fantastic. Loved the place and totally worth it!

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

We loved our stay at Simone’s. Great space, easy bus access. Lovely garden for aperitivo. One button wash/dry machine for clothes was nice. Great A/C and wifi. Fresh fruit! Can’t wait to go back.

Daniele was the most incredibly warm and welcoming host, he went well beyond his duty to make our stay a memorable one. When we left we felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend :)

We stayed 2 nights, the apartment is spacious and well maintained, 4 of us were comfortable. The furniture is well-kept, clean, and modern. There is also a private outdoor area with very cozy sofas. The host Giacomo was kind and helpful. A few meters away is the bus that takes you to the center of Rome, a few steps away is a restaurant where you eat very well and a place to have an aperitif. Recommended!

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

Amazing place if you have good energy to climb the 4th floor with luggage and no elevator. But this is a good price for being in the center of Rome and very old historic neighborhood. Rooftop patio is a real gem, but again not for people with physical disabilities. We spent amazing time there!

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

F Ederica informed us without any problems about the questions asked, in particular about the airport apartment route. Very spacious apartment and a very nice patio. The bedding was great, we slept very well. Apartment in a very good location, 3 min walk to the metro station, very convenient. Close to shops and restaurants, including a nice pizzeria downstairs from the apartment. We loved Rome and will go back. Trusted host.

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!
