It is a lovely apartment cared for in every detail, equipped with all modern comforts. It is located in the San Paolo district, a few steps away from the Basilica of the same name and the B-line metro station, which allows you to reach the city center and all its attractions in 15 minutes: Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Piazza di Spagna. Nearby there are supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs, and pharmacies, and it is close to the Bambino Gesù children's hospital and Roma TRE University.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).
