Vacation rentals with breakfast in EUR, Rome

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay in Fiumucino! On a quiet back street but minutes from all river front restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and were great to work with when our flights changed. Hosts have reasonable airport transpertation avalable. The space is small but we'll arranged and squeaky clean. A nice bakery closeby was great for warm breakfast pastries. We stumbled accross town of Fiumucino last year when train strike caused us to travel a day earlier. Much nicer to stay in this closeby town instead of airport hotel!

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

Looked just like the photos!! Very clean and Stefania was so friendly and helpful!! We had a great time walking around the town, the views were beautiful. The only issue we faced was finding restaurants that had menu items without pork in them, as my husband and I are muslim.

Great and clean place exactly as described. Antonella and David provided very clear instructions on rides for arrival and check in/check out which was helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great accommodation! The apartment was clean, cozy and perfectly equipped, exactly as described. The location is excellent, close to good public transport. Communicating with your host was quick and seamless. I would definitely like to come back here on my next visit to Rome. I recommend it!

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

Staying at Silvia's was really nice! The apartment is small and incredibly cozy. It has everything you need, even air conditioning. The location is great, the neighborhood is not only very popular among the Romans, but very central and perfectly located for a city trip for two or alone. The street branches off from a main road, but the street and apartment are very quiet. There are also very nice small restaurants. Silvia responds very quickly to messages with tips and hints - thank you, we will be happy to come back.

Olympia and her husband were very helpful and extremely friendly, they advised on transport into the city and local restaurants. Location was perfect for our requirements as don't like to be in busy area. Apartment had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable and shower had great water pressure.

What can I say that hasn't been said by others about what a kind, fun and well-organized host Cristiana and her dynamic husband Raffaele are. Nothing but compliments to them both. As for the apartment (Dimora del Borgo) in Fiumicino, it is a beautiful, well-located and impeccably clean place. Cristiana was proactive and helped us organize our transfers from Rome Termini to the apartment and thenthe next morning from the apartment to the Fiumicino airport. Raffaele, who drove us, was punctual, funny, and very helpful. Cristiana also facilitated things by having everything we needed for a breakfast in the apartment so we could save time and be ready for pour departure. This included milk, jam, toast and a much appreciated Nespresso machine with frother. Great experience and would not hesitate in staying there again. Grazie Cristina et cari saluti a Raffaele!

What a fantastic, quiet, and clean place! It was just about a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum as well. The bus stop is just right in front of the apartment, and then the tram station is just a 3 minute walk away. Plenty of options food right near the place as well. But still, it’s in a residential area so it’s calm and quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Sonia was extremely responsive. We had a small issue once we arrived with the shower and within minutes she had responded (even late at night) and by the next morning the issue was fixed. She was helpful with many suggestions in the area. There is a plaza right outside the building and our bedroom faced the plaza, unfortunately the three nights we stayed there - every night there was an outdoor movie event that went until 11:30pm. It was very loud and I am not sure we would have stayed there had we known about the event. The farmers market that is there during the day was fantastic. The kitchen was well appointed for an apartment, even though we didn't use it. Linens were clean and lots of bedding. There is also a small elevator in the building which was great for getting our suitcases up as many buildings don't have this amenity. Loads of great restaurants in the area.

Very nice apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Olympic stadium very well connected by transportation Francesco is a very pleasant and proactive host we exchanged a lot by message for restaurants and he is a great listener

The stay with Carlo was perfect. The cozy room, and the extremely impeccable cleanliness. The wonderful region, with good food around if you don't want to go to the center of Rome, but if you want public transport, it's 5 minutes from the accommodation. A wonder.

Close to the termini and very clean and spacious room. Checking in and keys are digital and instructions are very clear. Not the host’s fault but some other guests inside the airbnb made some really huge noises past midnight and woke us up, which was inconvenient but everything else was great.

I loved staying here, we were greeted by a lovely and very kind lady! A pleasure, the location is good, you are 20 minutes from everything and the house is super clean!

Ricardo and his wife were amazing hosts They were very responsive very helpful. They gave me all the tips and tricks around, also the room was very clean, convenient and spacious for one person. They also had a very well organized breakfast in the kitchen.

Maria Grazia is one of those people you meet and already know will remain in your heart forever. Romana de Roma welcomes you to her home and makes you feel like a friend, not a guest. Always available, he gives very useful advice for travel, for special things to see and for traditional foods to taste. Common area for breakfast and any meals to be consumed, very clean and welcoming, impeccable bathroom and room overlooking a private garden where you can also have lunch or dinner in total privacy and sheltered from the heat. In short, everything is perfect, but the real difference is called Maria Grazia!

Sergio is a wonderful host! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. It was very easy to find the apartment, because when we got off the bus, he was already waiting for us from his balcony. Every morning, he woke up early to prepare breakfast for us, with coffee and latte made by him, something we really appreciated. The place was very clean, and the room was even more beautiful than in the photos. Even though we don’t speak Italian, we understood each other very well. Thank you, Sergio, for your hospitality! The room was very nice and clean. All the attractions were easy to access by bus or walking. Emanuela was great and all the time asnwered to my questions!!🥰
