We visited Madrid as a family, and after a very long flight, it was such a relief to arrive at a place where every room had its own bathroom. Being able to take a refreshing shower and settle in right away made all the difference. The location was fantastic—within walking distance to all of our site visits and plenty of great restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid!

Fantastic spot in a fantastic location. As described with great amenities and very clean. Housed our group of 4 adults and 2 children with ease. There is some nearby construction ongoing with materials being staged out front, but did not significantly impact our stay. Highly recommend this place. Extremely walkable to all parts of the city, great nearby restaurants/bars, metro station across the street, great little balcony overlooking Plaza de Tirso de Molina. Host very responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is the second time we've stayed in a Guillermo home, and again the experience was exceptional. Guillermo's attention and hospitality are impeccable, always making sure that everything is perfect. The house is super complete, comfortable and warm; you can tell that it is a lived and cared for home with great affection. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Wonderful apartment right in the Plaza Mayor! Very nicely renovated and large apartment with 3 bathrooms. The building itself is doing construction and has lots of stairs to climb. But already knew that ahead of time. The location is unbeatable. Close to everything! Had a wonderful stay there!

Apartment was very spacious and has everything you need. The location was excellent as you can easily walk to all the great attractions that the Madrid city center has to offer. Host was very polite and responsive.

The place exceeded my expectations in every way. It was impeccably clean, well decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Juan Antonio and Josete were incredibly attentive, quickly answering any questions and providing useful recommendations for the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and carefree experience. I hope to be back soon!

We had a great weekend, three couples of friends with small children. The house was clean and had everything you need, exactly as described. One room downstairs and three bedrooms above, two bathtubs that come great with children. Although we were unable to use the pool because it was not seasonal, it was fenced and is an extra quiet with the children. Yes they used the trampoline a lot and the spacious patio, Beatriz even left a small swing and slide although it was already a bit old. The only thing is that around the house there is not much to do and there is some big park in the village, but there are many restaurants and some routes within a few minutes by car. We really liked it.

Second time we go to the house and we will repeat. Very quiet and safe area.

We were 4 couples with children and the stay was great. The houses are very well equipped (two living rooms and two kitchens are appreciated), the host is friendly and attentive, and the location is very good to explore the area or approach Gredos.

A good place to stay, we were looking for a quiet place to spend a few days with the kids and it was exactly what we were looking for. A very complete and comfortable house, we missed going in pool season to be able to take advantage of it too. Lots of games for kids and seniors to enjoy. Cristina is very attentive and always pending in case we needed anything. Thank you very much for everything We had a great time.

Despite the rain over the weekend, we had a very good two days at Andrés' house, which has a covered outdoor area. We highly recommend this place.

A perfect house for meetings. I would say they fit even 20 people to sleep, and there is air conditioning in almost all rooms. There is a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a good artificial grass patio with barbecue and pool (very clean). There is access to very full play area with a small bar bar. Communication with the owners was very good. We really enjoyed the stay.

The experience has been spectacular. Even before booking the accommodation, all communication with Ruth was smooth, clear and friendly. The house is as shown in the photos. We arrived and the fireplaces were lit and the house was at a perfect temperature to start enjoying it. Everything was clean, tidy and full of details that made the stay comfortable and super pleasant. The stay at Fernando and Elena's house was like being in your own home. Very cozy, personal and nice decor. The service with them has been impeccable and always accommodating. We had a great three days, with stunning views of La Cabrera and Valdemanco.

The house is super comfortable, it is well maintained and has everything. The hosts are also very friendly.

The house is wonderful, well-equipped and you feel comfortable and at ease. Segundo is a kind and very attentive person, who makes it easy for you to have a nice stay. Important, the road to get there is somewhat complicated, and the house is down a road by car. Of course, what views! I wish I had come prepared to do some routes. Things to point out for possible improvement: - The fireplace seems to be in the living room, but it is downstairs in another area of the house that is not as comfortable as the main living room, so you will probably not use it. - As for the bedrooms, there are two double bedrooms and one with 3 small beds, 2 +1 that can be pulled out, for 6/7 people. Then there is a room downstairs, in the same area where the fireplace is, but it is separate from the others. In summer that room must be great but now in winter with the cold, Segunda put some mattresses in a small room near the kitchen since there were 8 of us, but that room is a makeshift solution, it is not very comfortable.

An excellent place in an incredibly quiet area. In addition, Miguel Ángel is charming and very attentive, he gave us many recommendations and tips. You can tell that the owner uses the house, it is meticulously maintained. The photos don't do it justice. We had a great time.
