Engelberg, Renovated Chalet in Wonderful Location

Where do I begin? Alena (host) was amazing from the second I booked this chalet all the way through checkout, and our trip home. I have stayed in many Air BnB's, and Alena was the best host I could ask for. Before we even checked in Alena had given me recommendations of things to do, places to eat, and had covered any detail I could have needed. During our stay she checked on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves (even though she was on vacation herself!!!) The chalet is even more beautiful in person, the chalet is surrounded by the Swiss Alps, and the scenery is like nothing I have seen before. Inside the chalet was almost as beautiful as the Alps outside, (no offense Alena ;) The woodwork inside the chalet is stunning along with the other beautiful decor. My family and I began our trip in Paris, and finished at this chalet. It was a long exhausting trip, and seeing the Alps had been on my bucket list for 40 years. This stay was a true dream come true. The Oberiberg Cottage

We felt comfortable immediately. Marcel provided us with information before the trip and was always available to answer questions during the stay. He is really a good, friendly and straightforward host. The apartment is as described very nice and quiet and offers a great view of the mountains. Oberiberg is a friendly, rather familiar place with some typical Swiss inns. In winter, the area also offers sufficient leisure activities for non-skiers like us. We had a very nice vacation and didn't miss anything.

The property is perfect for slowing down and enjoying the tranquility. The starry sky is beautiful and the views simply magnificent. We totally enjoyed the Easter weekend and found that the time was over far too quickly. Thank you so much Petra for having us as your guests.

Vacation home "Dampfbahn" with a view of the three countries

The vacation home had spontaneously appealed to us and was available in our desired time. It was important to us that our two little dogs were allowed. The communication was excellent from the beginning and we got tips from Sybille early on for arrival and activities. When we arrived, Jürgen, Sybille's father, showed us everything. Nothing was missing in the cottage, everything is available on about 25 square meters. The prospect of a ride on the miniature steam train had already aroused anticipation and in fact it then worked out - our eyes are still shining😊. It is a blessing to just sit in the garden and look or read a book. You can also leave the car behind, with the bus 159 you are mobile thanks to the digital guest card and can use many other offers. We liked it very much and would be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Theo's! The property is in a great location, ideal for exploring the surroundings. Theo was a great host and welcomed us warmly. The place is perfect for escaping the stress of everyday life and coming to rest. Highly recommended!

A beautifully modern converted Maiensäss with lovingly selected decoration, in which you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The ski slope passes directly by the house, and the mountain station, which allows access to the extensive ski resort, is just a stone's throw away. We can imagine coming back!

We were able to fully enjoy the three nights in the log cabin. It's so quiet up there and the views are so beautiful. Thanks to the large windows, you don't even have to leave the house to see the Speer and Churfirsten. Thanks to the great location, you have sun all day. In the evening you can see the lights from the houses in Ebnat-Kappel.

We had a great men's weekend in nature, the Seealpsee is not far for hiking, the kitchen super equipped for cooking. Utensils are more than available in the kitchen, also oils, spices, baking paper, etc. Cozy fireplace and great fireplace for grilling.

Had a lovely new year’s weekend at Chalet Oz. Super location close to Rigi. The place is very cozy and had everything we needed! Karen and Philipp are great hosts who gave clear instructions. Would recommend!
