Monthly Rentals in Es Grau

A very pleasant, clean, quiet apartment, with a large terrace overlooking a golf course and equipped with a barbecue. Communication with the host is perfect to get all the information you need. The location of the apartment allows quick access to all corners of the island. However, a car is a must. A great stay!

The house was the perfect space for us - a family of four with great amenities inside and out. Kids had an amazing time in the pool. Proved to be a great launch pad for discovering Menorca and a lovely place to come back to after a busy day. Happy to recommend staying here.

Fabulous location in Menorca. Es Grau is a real village, very pleasant even out of season. Very nice views from the apartment. The queen bed (150cm) and living room sofa are very comfortable. The apartment has all the features and cleaning products necessary for the stay (including laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets). If you come like us before the season when it's too cool to dine on the terrace in the evening, the apartment is more suitable for a couple than for a family as there are only two seats around the high table in the kitchen. Victor was very accommodating and flexible on the departure time, allowing us to enjoy our last day in Es Grau. I recommend Victor's apartment 100%.

Lola was very welcoming. She and Miquel met us on arrival and came to say goodbye on our departure. They gave us good recommendations regarding restaurants in the area. Their book on walks on the Island was very useful too. Any questions we had were answered straight away. We had the pool to ourselves, which was lovely, and used it every day. Manorca is a beautiful island. We found plenty to do during our 10 day visit and may be tempted to return in the future.
