A very nice location with a beautiful view. Place is well kept and the host is friendly and responsive. He was very flexible with check in and check out timings too. The only issue I had was a bad stench which was off putting. Hope Mr Nandan fixes it soon. I would definitely recommend this place

Mr.Swamy was very helpful to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. The apartment is very close to nice restaurants, supermarkets and a great hospital. The Uber worked out real well for all our needs. Also appreciate an assigned parking space, easy to get in and out. All the accessories in the apartment worked well and Swamy was there if we needed any help with any issues like setting up TV or anything else. We enjoyed the stay at Joy’s apartment and look forward to a stay next year during November and December. Thanks. Joseph M P

Had a wonderful stay. The host was very responsive and was always available for any assistance. The house is neat and well maintained and is very near to Chottanikkara temple.

We had a great stay at Khadija's duplex! The space was exactly as shown in the pictures - beautifully designed, cozy, and very spacious. The interiors really made it feel like a home away from home. Khadija was a responsive and helpful host throughout our stay, and the caretaker was available whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience. Would definitely recommend to others!

We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. Thanks Sajid & Hashim for a great stay!

I can really recommend staying at George’s place. If you get the chance be sure to talk to him - he knows a lot about Cochin, Kerala and history in general. Great and friendly guy!

Our stay at this homestay was unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with fb warmth and hospitality by our hosts and their family. The comfortable accommodation made us feel at home, but what truly stood out was the delicious, food . We enjoyed sharing meals with our hosts like family. We were fortunate to visit during the Onam festival and joined in the celebrations with our hosts and their community. It was a unique experience that made us feel part of their family. We can't recommend this homestay enough—it's truly worthwhile!

The place was exactly as shown in the photos. We had access to both our allocated room and the common shared spaces, and the host made us feel free to use any part of the house — it truly felt like our own home! The area is very peaceful, and beaches are just 1-2 km away. Too much easy to find the location of stay, near by main road itself. The house is spacious with a lovely Pinterest-like touch in both the room and interiors. Highly recommended!

It's a spacious house located on a beautiful piece of land. Hardy and his brother were amazing hosts! The little thought of having a sanitizer in the welcome kit, keeping in the mind the coroncavirus scare at the time was very thoughtful!

My first stay on Airbnb n I was fortunate. Visited many homestays over the years and am certain I can't find a better place. Thoughtfully done all-in-one property - A century-old (or young) bunglow with ~Indian/Portuguese/ British furniture and artefacts ~Modern, functioning fittings and amenities ~Amazing library ~Multi-purpose hall with Denon/ Polk AV system, pantry, washroom that can be utilised for formal/ informal gatherings or to play TT, indoor games ~A full-fledged gym - most useful on long stays. ~Quiet bedroom with plush bedding. Sleep quality was good - Important to have my head clear. ~Popular destinations - Fort Kochi, Bolgatty, Cherai within 15 - 40 minutes drive I convey my sincere gratitude, regards and appreciation to Mony Aunty, her staff who took care of me very well, Mr Titi, her son & cohost who was available during my stay. I couldn’t find any glitches that required attention. The only regret was that I stayed just one night, buy I'll return for more. Cheers.

Stay in the center of Fort Kochi, so close to the port , kathakali presentation places, restaurants and shops in the heart of the small pleasant and charming old neighborhood. The 16th century house ( where Vasco de Gama passed, though!) is really still in its juice with very large spaces and volumes, with small terraces, kitchen,... available. George is really charming and attentive to your requests and explanations. He can also find you taxi (be careful to be confirmed the price before departure with the driver ) addresses for shows ,....
