L’ambiente offre un perfetto connubio tra lo stile rustico, con i suoi dettagli autentici e accoglienti, e un tocco di raffinata eleganza che rende ogni spazio estremamente piacevole da vivere. Uno dei punti forti è senza dubbio il camino, che crea un’atmosfera intima e rilassante, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata lavorativa (l'ho utilizzato durante il periodo invernale). Inoltre, la casa è dotata di ogni utensile immaginabile, perfettamente organizzato, per soddisfare ogni necessità: dalla cucina agli accessori per la pulizia, non manca davvero nulla. Anche la doccia, poi, merita una menzione speciale: spaziosa e con un multi-getto rigenerante. Concludo includendo anche un parcheggio e super mercato a pochi passi.

La maison est superbe : un environnement calme, au bord d'un ruisseau et a proximité de la rivière et des lieux à ne pas manquer : la Soča, Tolmin et ses gorges, Kobarid, le beau lac de Most Na Soci. Les équipements étaient parfaits, il ne manquait rien, et la déco est de très bon. la clim est un gros plus car nous sommes arrivés sous 34°. et le jacuzzi permet des beaux moments de détente. N'hésitez pas à séjourner ici ! Merci pour ce super séjour, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Abbiamo soggiornato dal venerdì alla domenica a Casa Giulietta e non potevamo scegliere di meglio! La zona tranquilla e silenziosa in campagna, ma comunque vicino al centro abitato e molto centrale per visitare luoghi davvero magici. La casa pulitissima e ordinata, molto spaziosa e provvista di tutto. Materassi ultra comodi e lenzuola di cotone! Paolo è stato molto disponibile fin dai messaggi iniziali, persona accogliente e molto gentile. Casa Giulietta super raccomandata!!!

Lovely stay in a cool, clean space with a friendly, communicative host. Easy to get to with a car, plenty of free parking options. There were loads of things to do and see in the vicinity, whether on foot or by car, and we highly enjoyed our time there.

Wir waren zu 6 in der Unterkunft und es war eine wirklich schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und der Garten war ein Traum. Wir haben viel im Garten gespielt und in der Outdoor Küche gegrillt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und viele schöne Dinge in der Umgebung unternommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Super lieve vrouw met top ontvangst. Heel betrokken bij haar gasten. Echt wat je nog ouderwets zoekt bij een b&b. Lekkere mand fruit in de keuken staat klaar. Goede tips voor restaurants in de omgeving voor ontbijt en diner. Appartement heerlijk ruim. Dan je wel Stefania en vriendin ( die zo lief was om alle vertalingen te doen😁)

Wat een geweldig verblijf! Heerlijke jacuzzi met prachtig uitzicht. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopt helemaal. We hopen hier zeker nog ns terug te komen!!

Gašpar apartment was very big and comfortable super super clean i felt like home there, location was 20 minutes walk to city center and very quiet and peaceful location. Our Host Gašper and his wife they were very nice and friendly after check in he offered us nice coffee in garden and juice for our little son, we stayed there 5 nights and was perfect stay in can strongly recommend.

Wonderful place in a great location. Ivanka very responsive. We lost internet and she had it fixed immediately.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen aber alles gut erreichbar, auch mit Rad. Die Gastgeberin und auch die Vermieterin waren jederzeit erreichbar und sind supernett. jederzeit wieder. Danke

Мы еще обязательно остановимся у Патриции - все было хорошо обставлено, чисто, наполнено полезными бытовыми принадлежностями. Ничего лишнего в квартире не было - удобная двуспальная кровать, диван, даже вид на море с балкона. Было удобно жить, готовить еду. Патриция посоветовала отличные места для посещения, всегда была на связи и отвечала на любые вопросы, хотя их почти и не было. Море было совсем рядом, с отличным сосновым парком, кафе, теннисными кортами и большим торговым центрам, где можно найти все в 7 минутах. Кого-либо может смутить близлежащее старинное кладбище, но его совсем не видно из окон и если бы я не смотрела карту, я бы и не подозревала о нем:)) Мы отлично провели время! Всем советуем Патрицию и ее замечательную квартиру🤍

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Danijelas Appartement. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht und wir wurden herzlichst willkommen geheißen. Besonders genossen haben wir unseren Frühstückskaffee im kleinen Garten und mit den Rädern, die vorhanden sind, kann man hervorragend die Gegend erkunden. Wir können Danielas Appartement absolut empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber es hat alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Branimir ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Finalmente un host che interpreta ancora in modo autentico lo spirito di Airbnb. Accoglienza dal vivo, consigli di persona sui dintorni, casa personale e curata per l’accoglienza, con qualcosa nel frigo ad attenderti e caffè Illy per la colazione del mattino. La casa e’ una meraviglia, vi basterà guardare le foto pubblicate per farvene un’idea. Ecco, tutto corrisponde dal vivo, anche al di sopra delle aspettative. Vi garantirete una location davvero romantica con vista dall’alto sulle saline di Sicciole. Un grazie particolare alla mamma di Jure che ci ha accolti e dato un bellissimo consiglio su dove cenare a pochi passi da casa. Arrivederci!

Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr herzlich und mit guten Tipps empfangen, so dass man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlen konnte. Die Lage ist sehr vorteilhaft - am Meer kann man entweder einen sehr schönen Weg entlang bis in die Altstadt spazieren oder in die andere Richtung zu einem wirklich tollen und großen Strand laufen. Die Wohnung war zufriedenstellend gereinigt und sehr geräumig - das riesige Bad könnte man auch als Ballsaal nutzen ;-). Sehr schön sind auch die Terrasse und der Garten. Wir hätten die Wohnung gerne noch besser gelüftet, haben uns aber aufgrund der vielen Mücken, die leider überall in Rovinj anzutreffen waren, nicht getraut, die Türen allzu lange geöffnet zu lassen. Möglicherweise ein Grund für kleineren Schimmelbefall an der ein oder anderen Stelle, der in einer anderen Rezension erwähnt wurde, aber aus unserer Sicht nicht besorgniserregend ausfiel. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Gracijelas Wohnung.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Beatrice is the most valuable host we ever had. We were surprised to meet her near the water boat station, where she and her husband helped us with the suitcases. She gave us any information we asked for: that was more than helpful, given that Venice is a "complicated" city. The apartment was clean and perfectly equipped. Next time we visit Venice, we will book at Beatrice's place again.

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Amazing place with a terrace offering wonderful views of Venice! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Spacious room, well-lit dining room, tv area with skylight, and well-equipped kitchen. Would return if ever back in Venice!

Buena relación con el precio. Muy cerca de la Plaza de San Marcos, con agua caliente ideal para el invierno. Es pequeño para cuatro personas con muchas maletas, pero la descripción del anuncio fue exacta y menciona claramente su tamaño, así como también menciona que hay escaleras que subir. Su cercanía, precio y amenidades hacen que sea muy buena opción.

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. It's spotlessly clean and has all mod cons you could hope for: hairdryer, WiFi, new TVs and a coffee machine. It's conveniently located close to the city's bus and rail stations, which was very helpful to us as we arrived after a late flight. We especially appreciated our hosts speedy response time and the excellent restaurant suggestions. Would recommend.

La casa di Novella si trova in una posizione strategica a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Venezia Santa Lucia. L’appartamento è stile vintage molto pulito e completo di ogni confort. Alle spalle dell’abitazione c’è un parco pubblico molto bello adatto ai bambini, aree picnic e per i più grandi è disponibile la “palestra all’aperto”.; si trova in zona centrale e in circa 30 minuti di cammino si arriva in Piazza San Marco.
