Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

We had a wonderful stay at the vacation home! The hostess was incredibly friendly and attentive. She surprised us with a homemade apple pie, and the fridge was already filled when we arrived – even coffee was available. The kitchen has everything you need for everyday needs. The garden was huge and just perfect for our dogs, who had plenty of space to romp around. The location is also great – the path to the sea is not far and can be easily reached. The only negative point was the beds, which were unfortunately quite uncomfortable. But all in all we had a very nice time and would definitely recommend the house, especially for dog owners!

The apartment is very quietly located in a small park, less than 5 minutes walk from a beach. Rovinj with numerous beautiful restaurants and attractions can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. There is also a private parking space right outside the door. The apartment is particularly suitable for couples and communication with Zora went smoothly. We liked the stay overall very much!

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

We rented TIA apartment. There were two of us. Perfect for 2. There are several properties in Karin's house but everyone has their own peace of mind. Very clean apartment, very well equipped in the kitchen. Karin provides cleaning products and condiments. Air conditioning works very well. There is a friendly and quiet terrace. House is about 15 min walk from the hyper tourist center of the port of ROVINJ. Delighted with our rental: we'll be back with pleasure. Karin (or her father ) are very responsive, friendly and always ready to help us. In addition, Karin offers bike rental at super attractive prices

We were completely happy with the apartment. The landlord responded directly to our request - we had booked at short notice the day before. We were received in a very friendly manner, communication in German was easily possible. The apartment fully corresponds to the pictures/descriptions. A supermarket is directly opposite, bike rental possible from the landlord, alternatively bike rental 5 min. walk away. The old town is a short walk away - about 15 minutes. You can also walk to the beach - about 20 minutes. Car could be parked directly in front of the apartment in the yard. The pool and the spacious area around the pool can be used by all residential parties. Our apartment was right on the thoroughfare, but we were aware of this by the reviews read and did not bother us, as the windows are very well insulated. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped. The outdoor seating area with brick BBQ is particularly great. Unfortunately, it was still a bit too cold for the beautiful pool 😉 Neven is a nice and totally uncomplicated host who was able to give many helpful tips (wineries, restaurants, bathing places). Thank you for the great time!

A beautiful house in which nothing was missing. Very quiet location, but good starting point for all activities. Very good communication with host, quick answers and helpful tips!

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The decor was appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

Despite very late and spontaneous request (our previous accommodation had canceled us), these extremely friendly landlords managed to prepare the entire house for 9 adults and a child in a few hours. Everything clean and homely, kitchen equipment, etc., was also great! We will be happy to come back. Sincere thanks for enabling a beautiful and cozy family weekend!

The property and the whole area are a dream. We were there as a family with two kids. Other family were also there, everyone got along well and you still had your peace and quiet. There are plenty of loungers by the pool and the pool itself is very nicely located. The location is very suitable for day trips to Venice, Verona, Padua or Vincenza. All in all, we can fully recommend the place to everyone and will definitely come back!

This place was so perfect for my son and me! The location was perfect being only a 5 minute walk to St Marks Square and 7 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. Lu is such an amazing host, giving us very helpful instructions with navigating the Vaporetto getting there, and then meeting us, plus precisely how to get to the airport, plus she provided wonderful restaurants recommendations and even made a reservation for us, which turned out to be our favorite restaurant we went to on our 3 days there! She was also helpful providing ideas on where to go for New Years and offering to make another reservation for us! The apartment is huge and the 2 bathrooms were so nice to have! I loved the Venetian style! There are 4 flights of stairs but that didn’t bother us at all. I would highly recommend Lu’s place and would stay here again!

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Great location, clean and cozy apartment with all amenities. Easy to access and communication. Highly recommend.

The house is lovely and the view spectacular. Mariussa went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to show us places of interest, especially the local museum with its very interesting archeological finds

We had a relaxing week with 6 people and two dogs, although the weather was unfortunately not so great at times. Each room has its own bathroom, the beautiful olive garden with pool was completely enclosed with a fence/wall and the location of the house was perfect for excursions or driving to the sea in a few minutes. A well-stocked supermarket is also within walking distance. House/kitchen is well equipped and the freezer is large enough for BARFers ;-). Matea and her mom are super nice and quickly accessible if you need anything. We and the dogs felt very comfortable, thank you!

Thank you for a great stay, we’d love to come back to Porec one day and we’d definitely choose this studio again! :)

Lovely spacious apartment. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The large balcony with Hollywood swing and dining table is super. There were 3 covered parking spaces for our cars (We stayed there with 6 people and 3 cars). The host is friendly, helpful, quick to respond to messages, and also helps on site if there is a need. We got a G Maps list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Very helpful and nice. Only the induction stove takes some getting used to and unfortunately did not manage to bake the fries in the oven at the same time and to stock the meat in the pan on top of the stove top of the stove top. Unfortunately, Irena couldn't do anything here either and we had to wait until the device has cooled down again. A baking dish in the inventory would actually still be great 😉 Otherwise, good starting point for activities and excursions, supermarkets are even within walking distance, so you can get fresh rolls quickly in the morning.

The apartment was perfect for us and our two children. The rooms were wonderful - clean and uncluttered. The location was ideal - short walk from bus stations, out of the way of the crowds but accessible to the city. Would highly recommended.
