Beach house vacation rentals in Eraclea Mare

The apartment’s atmosphere was very nice. Designed by an interior designer, few years ago fully refurbished. Some parts look good, but are not really practical (big chandeliers). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could prepare food easily. The AC was working. Alenka reccommended us a lot of places to visit, she is a really kind and helpful host :) enjoyed our stay in Piran and would recommend Casa Matteo to anyone :)

Brand new and super-equipped house! Very close to the sea and Cristhoper is a very helpful host.

It's a charming little house. Very nicely located. A bakery is right next door. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Chioggia. Almost at the front door you can take "Raffaelo" to Venice by boat or bus directly there. Cristian provided us with the following free of charge: cola, coffee, pasta, oil, packaged croissants, cookies, 1x tomato sauce, wine, towels, toilet paper, towels and a few more small things. There are 2 TVs with Netflix and Prime. Unfortunately, the Internet is not that good, but that was also the only "negative." Cristian was always easily accessible. Unfortunately, my kids damaged something, but Cristian was neither angry nor did he want money. I hope he was as happy with us as we were with him. We felt very comfortable and thank you again for the parking and the possibility to check out only in the evening instead of in the morning. The location is really great there. You have your peace, but it is very central.

We enjoyed our time in the house and Rovinj. Even in November, the house offers recreation, rest and options to socialize. We will come back in the Summer for sure.

Our stay in Punta Sabbioni was truly enjoyable. We stayed in a very comfortable bungalow, well-kept and equipped with everything we needed to relax. A special thanks to Simone, who welcomed us wonderfully. Even though we arrived late, he kindly waited for us and greeted us with a genuine smile. His kindness is top-notch! It’s rare to find such authentic and attentive hospitality. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

Great house, inspiring both from inside and outside, carrying a historical zest but also had everything we needed for a week of staying and cooking. We were travelling with friends to visit the exhibitions, this was a perfect location - easy to reach by vapporetto and away from crowds, with lush green garden and lagoon view - amazing sunset. Lorenzo and Alessandra were very responsive and helpful. Very much recommend!

My family and I booked the house for a week and were totally satisfied. Everything was as described. There was nothing in the kitchen. Utensils and dishes were more than enough. The house is in a quiet environment where you have a lot of privacy. The homeowner and caretaker were always reachable. We had a wonderful time and can only recommend the house

The apartment is very welcoming, clean and newly built. Great location within walking distance of the pedestrian area and access to the sea. Linda is an impeccable host who is always available, directions to the apartment and access meticulous and detailed. I recommend the proposed solution.

We were 9 people, including 4 children . We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is 5 minutes' walk away. Have been not far from the center. Location was great. Check-in and check-out was great. We were able to enter the house earlier by arrangement and were also able to leave later on our departure. For small children it is not so suitable as it went down stairs from the house via stone stairs and meadow was also down mountain. Otherwise everything is great. We will definitely be back!

One of the nicest accommodations we have experienced in Croatia so far. It fully met our needs and expectations, we were very satisfied and would love to return again.

Our stay in early November was great. In Karigador it is very quiet at this time, which we very much enjoyed except for the closed bars. The house is great, has plenty of space and luxury (pool, hot tub, lots of cozy seats outside). Shopping: many by car. In Novigrad is a great small market for fresh vegetables and fresh fish. The kitchen is quite well equipped. Our bed was very comfortable. I would be shown the light use outside briefly at check-in. We had our dog with us, through the walls/fence around the grounds he was able to freely run around. We highly recommend the house.

We enjoyed Stefano‘s place a lot. The swimming pool was a hit for our children and in fact for everyone. We are a patchwork family of eight persons and we could separate us in the two half’s of the house. Very practical was that those who wanted to sleep long were not disturbed by the early birds. The garden and pool was super nice and we don’t most of the time outside. Because of the big awnings there was a always enough shade to take a break from the heat of the sun. For us it was a beautiful holiday for everyone.

the house is very quiet. At least at this time of year. We enjoyed the tranquility and location very much. The beach is super within 10 minutes walking distance. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. All around very satisfied. Thank you again.

Beautiful place exactly as described. we had a lovley holiday here and would definitely come back. Anything we needed was provided including toys and anything else that we needed for our 1 year old baby. Everything was clean, tidy and the outdoor space is amazing with the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor cooking area. The inside was spotless and had everything we needed. Really kind and helpful host - even brought us over some homemade apple cake one day - which was delicious 😋 Good location easy walk into the town and beaches and also had use of electric bikes which we used on a couple of days.

This place is gorgeous and clean, in a peaceful, stunning location. The house is really well-outfitted for a family or group. Unlike so many rentals, the home is equipped with extra towels, spices (not just salt & pepper), cooking utensils, and and the things you need. Josipa is a great communicator: super responsive and helpful and she even lent us bikes for our stay. Thank you!

Super sweet woman with top reception. Very involved with her guests. Really what you are looking for old-fashioned at a b&b. Nice basket of fruit in the kitchen is ready. Good tips for restaurants in the area for breakfast and dinner. Apartment wonderfully spacious. Then you do Stefania and girlfriend ( who was so sweet to do all translations😁)

Rovinj is a gym and Ivan’s place is in the best part of it. Our family loved this place and plan on being back.

Me and my wife highly appreciated our stay at Adelio’s and Stefania’s house. The quiet area avay from the roads provided a peaceful environment, conducive to restful sleep. The perfect location, just a five-minute walk to the sea and close location of the groucery shops, was one of the major highlights. We also loved having a safe parking slot right in front of the house entrance, which made packing and unpacking so much easier. The availability of three bicycles was a nice bonus, and the bike line to the sea port was a wonderful way to explore the area. Adelio and Stefania were very kind, responsive. Their support throughout our visit was greatly valued. The cozy atmosphere, both inside and outside the house, made it feel like a home away from home. Dear Adelio ans Stefania, thank you for everything and see you!

Thanks for a great stay. We enjoyed the days and the proximity to the sea very much. The beach house is super located and well-equipped. Only one coffee maker was missing. The kitchen was well equipped and the house could be climbed well, which was very pleasant. We were extremely positively surprised by the outdoor shower, which we liked to use. The location was perfect, walking to Piran(15 minutes on foot)right next to the sea was very nice every evening. All in all: clean, nice apartment in good location. Nice contact. This a quiet place down a cobblestone street hidden within the walls of old town. Be prepared to carry luggage up several steps to one of three apartments. All apartments are private and well appointed, the central location is perfect for exploring town.. very close to swimming, make sure you swim Host was wonderful Definitely highly recommended

We stayed 2 weeks with our 2 small children and 2 dogs in this nice place and enjoyed it a lot. Unfortunately, our start to the holiday was not so good as we arrived at the property and there was a construction site right in front of the house and in addition we had no electricity in the house. We contacted Brian, he apologized for the inconvenience and did his best and 24 hours later we also had electricity. The money for the first day, he offered to waive us and invited us in addition to a meal for the inconvenience. The construction site was also gone after a few days and what can we say, with a place to stay in such a great location, we quickly forgot the trouble and got to enjoy it. The place is small and fine and we felt very much at home. We were often swimming in the sea. The kids loved climbing the rocks. Also a nice area for all-day trips.
