We loved the place! We immediately felt comfortable because the apartment is beautifully bright and open. The view of Umag and the bay is beautiful and the highlight. You have everything you need there and you are right in the center and can walk to everything. We will be happy to come back ! Thanks Boris

Very nice and clean flat. Guiseppe and Elisa were very kind and helpful at any point. Close to the beach and only a 15 min walk to the historic center of choggia.

Lovely spacious apartment. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The large balcony with Hollywood swing and dining table is super. There were 3 covered parking spaces for our cars (We stayed there with 6 people and 3 cars). The host is friendly, helpful, quick to respond to messages, and also helps on site if there is a need. We got a G Maps list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Very helpful and nice. Only the induction stove takes some getting used to and unfortunately did not manage to bake the fries in the oven at the same time and to stock the meat in the pan on top of the stove top of the stove top. Unfortunately, Irena couldn't do anything here either and we had to wait until the device has cooled down again. A baking dish in the inventory would actually still be great 😉 Otherwise, good starting point for activities and excursions, supermarkets are even within walking distance, so you can get fresh rolls quickly in the morning.

We had a pleasant stay. The hostess is really great – warm, helpful and always responsive, for which there is a big compliment! The accommodation itself is a bit outdated, but clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the location was not particularly exciting for us, especially for children there were only a few possibilities for activities in the area. Overall, still a nice stay thanks to the great hostess!

The Blue Doors apartment was comfortable & cozy. The only drawback was the narrow 28 steps to apartment but once you got your luggage up, it was ok going up & down during the day, not for anyone w/walking problems. Although we ate all meals out, the kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. On the ground floor was another kitchen with a larger cooktop & oven, as well as washer & dryer. Our first day we had a problem regulating the shower water temperature, since we weren't used to European fixtures. Once we were shown how to turn the hot/cold knob on the left firmly towards us, we could control temperature. But you had to be quick, as water heater only held enough hot water for about a 10 min shower. It had to refill (10 mins) before next shower. No big deal-time management needed!! The rooftop terrace was just as pictured but again narrow staircase. It was refreshing to sit up there. Maja told us about Scuba for dinner/delicious. It was very quiet in evening. Enjoyed our stay.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very central, everything is within walking distance. Viktorija welcomed us very warmly and was available at all times. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice, large apartment with great views of Piran from the roof terrace. Roman and Kathi respond immediately to messages if something is unclear.

We had a great time at the beautiful place, the walk to the beach was super close and also the shopping. Carla was very accessible and we liked spending our mornings and evenings on the terrace.

We had a great holiday in Vanessa's apartment and the beautiful surroundings. Vanessa gave us lots of tips and was proactive with communication. She welcomed us warmly and gave us great information. We were very satisfied and will definitely come again. Thank you Vanessa!

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

Beautiful accommodation much more beautiful than in the photos, very equipped large kitchen, the house has all the comforts possible, TV in the living room with Netflix, TV in the rooms, coffee machine with attached pods, pool towels, courtesy set in the bathroom and much more. The kitchen is very well equipped, in the bathroom there is a hairdryer and in the living room there are some board games and a kitchenette for children: appreciated by children and parents to spend a peaceful vacation! Nice outdoor space with a table and also a shower to remove the sand. The area is quiet, there is a free beach within walking distance. Elisa was a very nice and always available host, she also left us a welcome gift 💞 Super recommended accommodation also for families!

Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. The apartment is clean, spacious (especially the terrace) and well equipped. The location is excellent (right on the promenade, but the children's room is on the quiet backside; not even a 5-minute walk to the beach). Parking is also available in the courtyard. Valeria and her husband are very friendly and helpful! For this overall package, the price we paid (in the off-season) was absolutely fine. Only two small things that could be improved with little effort: The doors (especially those to the children's room) can sometimes only be opened and closed quite loudly and should perhaps be oiled. In addition, mosquito nets could be attached to the windows and doors. Everything else is great, thank you!

Great stay, everything perfect as described, ample space, clean, host always available, what more could you ask for? The most beautiful part is in the basement, a huge living room with a pool table and a very large bathroom! Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

Amazing house boat with all equipment needed! Super clean and modern and the location in the marina is just stunning. It was amazing to wake up there and enjoy the rooftop!
