Ca' Luciano is located on the first floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau building from the early 1900s and consists of a living room, kitchen, two large double bedrooms and a bathroom with laundry. Very central, it is 5 minutes from the pier to Venice's historic center, 5 minutes from the beautiful beach that has boasted the "blue sticker" for several years now, 15 minutes from the site of the famous Venice Film Festival and 2 minutes from restaurants, bars and services of all kinds.
