We offer a quiet, furnished one-room self-contained apartment with sunny terrace for 1 to max. 3 people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and sofa bed). A kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle, microwave (with baking function) is available. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient transport connection directly on the A81/B27. Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Beautifully furnished apartment in Gailingen am Hochrhein The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house. Shops in 5 minutes walking distance. On the Rhine it is a 10-15 min walk Parking directly at the apartment Bus connection in about 150m The apartment is located in a newly built area. Our house is ready. But every now and then there may be construction noise. (Adjacent houses) Exterior is not yet completed and will be built gradually in the summer / autumn of 2019.

The apartment is on the ground floor. It is simply and functionally furnished. All rooms have daylight windows. In the apartment and on the terrace you have absolute peace. You can walk at the renatured quarry lakes and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry lakes have been converted into spacious natural beach baths. A bike path leads right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance and the Swabian Alps are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.

Our place is ideal for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). A good starting point for day trips, including to neighboring Switzerland and Austria. Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time."
