This is the upstairs apartment (upstairs / 1st floor) in our beautifully located house in Tengen. The building from 1820 is classified as a building worth preserving in the ensemble of the old town. The construction in solid shell limestone gives the house a wonderful homely atmosphere. Thanks to the location on the Stadtgraben you have an open view to the south. In addition to the first floor, we also rent out the first floor (ground floor) via Airbnb. Another small apartment in the DG is permanently rented.

Alte Gerberei Vacation Home - historically cozy

Welcome to the apartment "Alte Gerberei"! The spacious 70 sqm old building apartment is located at the foot of the old town of Engen in our house, which we live in as a family with children. Parking is available on the opposite side of the street. A pastry shop, restaurants, supermarkets and everything for everyday needs are within walking distance. The train station is about 15 minutes away on foot and offers an ideal connection for excursions in the region with the Seehas (Engen-Singen-Radolfzell-Konstanz).

Magical vacation barn in the "Alte Ölmühle" estate

Our "Alte Ölmühle" is located in Engen-Anselfingen, in the Hegau and in the midst of a volcano and castle world in the west of Lake Constance. We expanded our vacation barn in 2022 and renovated it in the charm of the old farm estate with lots of wood and luxury. Starting in 2022, we will rent the entire barn with a large kitchen and common room, from where 3 units with 2 rooms and a bathroom each will branch off. We offer many extras on our horse farm with an idyllic stream and schnapps distillery.

Wellcome in our modern furnished DG apartment with beautiful views of the Hegauberge. An approximately 80 square meter and bright apartment awaits you: with fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, electric stove with oven, fridge/freezer and coffee maker); large living room with TV and dining area and a covered balcony; large bedroom with double bed and single bed (if necessary also a baby crib); small bathroom with shower and toilet.

Radolfzell, Konstanz and Zurich are easy to reach by car or train. Numerous shops can be used without a car. In warm weather, it is worth to talk a walk to the Hegauer Area or to the Lake Constance.
