In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

You have a 5-minute walk to several restaurants as well as the outdoor pool and some playgrounds. By car you can reach other excursion destinations such as the treetop trail, Neuschleichach ski resort, Bamberg, and much more. Our region has something to offer all year round! Even if you are looking for wellness and relaxation, some pools and saunas are not far away.

Das kleine, gemütliche Ferienhaus zur alleinigen Nutzung bietet alles, was man braucht - ein zentraler Raum mit Küche, Esstisch, ausziehbarer Couch & kleines Bad. Im Spitzboden über eine ausziehbare Leiter zugänglich, befindet sich ein Doppelbett.

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Quiet, small courtyard in the village center

Relax as a couple or with the whole family. Enjoy the tranquility of our small village. Arrive, unpack, feel good. And wake up the next morning with birdsong. The apartment with spacious living space is ideally suited for two people or small families. Fast WiFi is of course included free of charge. There is enough space to play and discover. Vehicles are available in the yard, and the garden can be discovered and relaxed in. An electric car can charge at our wallbox.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Welcome to our apartment "Janne"! The apartment is located in wonderful Mainfranken. Here, wonderful cycling & hiking trails invite you to explore the vineyards. The fully furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor with a south-facing orientation & has a magnificent view of the Wallburg Eltmann. The sun rises in the bedroom and sets on the balcony side, which promises light-flooded rooms. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room & a bathroom.

Newly renovated, modern apartment + bikes

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Cottage in the woods

The cottage by the forest - an adventure in nature with a view of the valley. The small cottage has a double bed, a small kitchen and a dining area. A toilet can be reached via the outside. You can shower in the nearby "Haus Am Wald" or you can use the hot water outdoor shower by the pool. The pool is around the main house and can also be used. It's not a private pool! The cottage Am Wald can only be used in summer, as it has no heating.

This is the perfect halfway point for many traveling across Europe to stop and have a peaceful break. NO CLEANING FEES :) We provide garage parking direct at the apartment. Relax and enjoy your time here ! Located on a very safe and quiet street with no thru traffic. There are bike roads and hiking throughout the Steigerwald. We are 20 min. from Bamberg 20 min from Hassfurt This is a strict NO SMOKING home.
