It's in close proximity to downtown Seattle, even closer to Alki Beach & the West Seattle Water Taxi (to downtown) & just a mile from the vibrant Alaska Junction (where you'll find more great shops, restaurants, bars). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travelers.

I have spent the last 3 years renovating this home and am so excited to finally make it available! Let's start with the basics - it's a 2,000 Sq Ft 3 story home on the Western Slope of Queen Anne Hill. Unlike many townhomes however, this has no shared walls - it's a completely freestanding home. And what a home! With a lovely (private) backyard, two dedicated work from home spaces (1 gig), chef's kitchen, views of the bay, gorgeous bathrooms, a walk in master closet, and dedicated parking!

You'll wake up each morning in the loft with views of the Olympic Mountains. The outdoor deck overlooks a yard with huge redwoods and a water feature. This one bedroom loft is a fully detached independent ADU on the property behind our home. We live on the main property and are generally nearby if needed; however, the loft is designed with respect for your privacy.
