Our apartment is on the top of N. Queen Anne Hill with a private entrance and patio with a seasonal rose garden. We also provide a very well stocked kitchen and work space. Centrally located a 10-15 min drive or 25-40 min walk from QA, Ballard, Interbay, SLU, downtown, Fremont and Magnolia. In a safe/quiet neighborhood with easy and free street parking, a few blocks from Seattle Pacific Uni. and the Ship Canal Trail. Has electric fireplace, A/C, and fast WIFI. Unit is located on the 1st floor.

You will be at the heart of Lower Queen Anne in this new, comfortable, and modernly furnished apartment. You cannot beat the location for access to downtown, Climate Pledge Arena, The Space Needle (visible from the rooftop!), and waterfront park. A street parking pass is included in your stay but be aware street parking can be difficult at times.
