Monthly Rentals in Elkton

For the convenience of being right downtown, it was worth the price. The space was cute and clean - had everything we needed. Super easy self-check in and self-checkout. We'd definitely stay here again.

Carleen is a wonderful host. Sent clear check-in instructions proactively, very responsive and friendly. Carleen's place is a cute little charm. Loved the historical buildings around and inside her place was very cute and she kept all the original look. The surrounding area is very nice and loved walking the little downtown blocks. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and had to cut our stay short but Carleen was very understanding of the situation. This will be our go to place when traveling to South Dakota. Thank you Carleen for making our stay so enjoyable!!!!

What a wonderful little place!! Used this spot to rest between shifts and it was the perfect place for me. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom and entire apartment can get dark during the sunniest day - PERFECT for night shifters! Plenty of linens and extra bedding as well - thanks again, Kimberly!!

House and check-in were great and met our needs for the week. Everything was clean. There are stairs to get into the house and steep stairs to get down to the basement--which is where the laundry, 2nd bathroom and 2nd living area are located. Good to know in case you have someone in your group that is not steady on their feet. This place is close to everything in Brookings and the area felt safe. We would stay here again in the future.
