Family-Friendly Brookings Home: 3 Mi to Downtown!

Very responsive, friendly host. Exactly as listed, this like-new home was spotlessly clean with a contemporary feel and flexible, family friendly space. In a quiet, low traffic residential neighborhood but just 10 minutes from SDSU campus and downtown. Use of heated three car garage was added bonus. We visited in February but hope to take advantage of nice patio & grilling are in spring on our next trip to Brookings.

Wonderful stay for our sons wedding. Placed worked great for hair & makeup central day of the wedding for the bride and all her attendants. Loved the old school charm of this house even though we didn't get to spend much time in it as we were on the go with wedding set up and rehearsal. Beds were comfortable and linens were fresh. Bathrooms were clean and showers had great pressure. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if needing to stay in Brookings!

What are great place for our stay in Brookings! Kaira was very accommodating when we had to make last minute adjustments to our reservation. Her place was super comfortable and clean and although the weather didn't allow for us to use the backyard, that space looked great too. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable and it was very evident, Kara took time to make the space feel like home.
