If you're looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay while enjoying all that Brookings has to offer, we'd love to host you. Our smoke and pet-free space is located on the lower level of our family home, and guests will need to use stairs to access the space. The entryway and outdoor patio area are shared with the homeowners, while the space itself is completely private. Guests may also gain access to the sauna for an added fee. Cozy and Small near DT Brookings

This is a small space in a duplex home near downtown Brookings. It boasts a stand up washer and dryer, and a queen bed! The space is perfect for one person traveling, a couple or a couple of people coming to town to work. The second room has a twin in a very small space, should a second person want a bed or a third person possibly. Our hope is to offer an inexpensive location for people that are traveling to town, working temporarily in town, or need a quick stay on their way somewhere.

ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE SDSU CAMPUS! You will be right in the center of all the action in this charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Plenty of outside parking with alley access. There is a ton of space for you and your entire group. Have a sit on the front porch, or enjoy the spacious back yard. Enjoy the soft water and reverse osmosis drinking water! We don’t just wash the sheets after each stay, but comforters are washed, too! No wondering, it’s done:)

SanT Village Main Level Only

Relax in this upstairs rental. Space includes two bedrooms(1 Queen, 1 Full) a third flex room with a desk and room for air mattress. Both bedrooms have TVs, and a 75” smart TV in the living area. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated, epoxy flooring. This rental is upstairs only, with a private front entrance. The downstairs is not included. This is a dog friendly home. The space sleeps up to 5, with the couch providing an extra sleeping option.

Comfortable and Quaint Space w/ Hot Tub

A four bedroom home: two rooms have a king (one is in the basement and is available for stays with more than four guests) and the other rooms upstairs have a queen in one and two extended twins in the other. The dining, living, and kitchen areas provide guests with a clean modern space for gathering. The basement has a ping-pong table, laundry and a second full bath room. The house also has a four person hot tub available year round.

This home will be all yours when you book! There are three beds, two bathrooms and two different living room areas with TVs to unwind after a long day of sports or work. This house is located near the Hillcrest Aquatic Center so you will be pretty well centrally located. The property has a large patio with a charcoal and gas grill available for guest use and two different kitchen areas.
