The house is located on the Saale island of Gottesgnaden. Here the lock keeper lived and worked with his family. Today you can relax here on the 7x4 m terrace, make yourself comfortable in the great kitchen with fireplace, enjoy the river landscape, fishing, standup paddling or chill in the approx. 1000 sqm garden. The house is a single monument and belongs to the lock. The lock is in operation and is maintained and serviced by the Water and Shipping Authority.

Welcome to my small but very cozy and stylishly furnished vacation home in our village of approx. 300-inhabitant village of Ketzür in the state of Brandenburg. Ketzür is located on the north shore of Lake Beetzsee and has its own child-friendly beach. Nature lovers can hike through the beautiful countryside here, for example, to the crane observatory or also by bike on the Storchenradweg [Stork Cycling Trail]. A locked bicycle garage is available to my guests.

Elbe Fisherman's House at Zollensteig

The narrow, two-story half-timbered house was built shortly after the great city fire in 1617. For generations, there were Elbe fishermen at home here, driving downhill in the spring. Our house is the right with the red door. For a number of people up to 2 people, you rent the ground floor and the first floor, the attic remains unrented, so you will have the house to yourself in any case. The attic is added to the attic from a number of 3 people.

Our converted barn is part of a former small estate near Brandenburg an der Havel.
