In 15 minutes, you can hike through the vineyards to reach Seußlitzer Schloß; the Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 meters (1,300 feet) from our place; you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. perfect . For 4 or more people: wine tasting in our own wine cellar, parking, and Bicycles and e-bikes are available free of charge.

Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house lies with magnificent views from the sun terrace. The house includes a 1,200-square-meter, nearly natural garden that is fully fenced. Here, you can encounter many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrel, the Milan at noon, deer in the evening or the chewing at night. For nature observation, squirrel feed, binoculars and wildlife camera are used.

We invite you to our beautiful vacation home with approx. 80 square meters of living space & terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Hier ist der richtige Ort zum Lesen, Schreiben, Meditieren, Kochen, zum Sternegucken, Pilzesammeln (Dörrautomat vorhanden) Hühnerfüttern, für Lagerfeuer, Waldspaziergänge und Tierbeobachtungen. Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.
