Step into the past amid modern luxury in this apartment set in a revitalized old building from 1895. The residence features wood flooring and decor, touches of color amid neutral tones, a slight mid-century modern aesthetic, and an outdoor lounge space. In our luxurious apartment at the Federal Administrative Court you live in the heart of Leipzig. The apartment is the ideal apartment for singles or couples. It is an elaborately renovated old building with a luxurious ambience. The 50 square meter apartment combines the nostalgia of the old town house with modern living comfort. Real wood parquet and high ceilings with indirect light as well as the matching modern furnishing details provide a very individual atmosphere. All pictures were shot by us and mostly reflect our Greece trips. The apartment has TV and radio; High-speed Internet via Wi-Fi is included in the rental rates. Of course you will find towels and a hair dryer in the modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (Villeroy & Boch, WMF, etc.). parking: The side street offers free parking. There is a private parking for 15 euros per night. komplett complete The apartment is located in the heart of Leipzig's city center. The renowned street, "Karli" is within walking distance of the building as well as the Johanna and Clara-Zetkin Parks. There are two stops right outside the front door and the city center is just a road crossing away. Perfect location for all concerns. Parking is possible in the side street, where almost always a place is available. Despite the good connection, the apartment is very quiet, as the windows go to the courtyard. Please wash dishes before leaving and throw garbage into the garbage containers in the courtyard.

Nice 1 room apartment with kitchen, 34 square meters, living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom. Bed 1.80 m wide, couch that also works for a child (no sofa bed). Ideal for 1 or 2 people (plus possibly 1 child). There is enough storage space to stay for 4 weeks. The kitchen has everything you need, spacious shower, washer-dryer. Location: Gastro: 1 min, Beginn Terrassenufer 1.1 km, Elbe 100 m, tram 100 m, supermarket 100 m. The apartment is on the top floor. Unfortunately, we don't have an elevator yet.

Very stylish 1-room apartment (sofa bed!) realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer with separate shower room, 31 sqm living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom-made, kitchen countertop and edible concrete/wood inlay work/epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete spatula technique, whereby due to the very limited space situation shower and toilet could not be separated spatially.

You live in a two-room apartment with a bedroom, a living room and a brand new kitchen with dishwasher. You sleep in a wonderfully large bed (160 cm x 200 cm) or on a comfortable box spring couch (permanent sleeper). On your balcony you can end the day with a glass of wine. A personal parking space in the backyard belongs to the apartment. Trachenberger Platz is the center of the district Pieschen with supermarket, doner, baker, butcher etc.

Unsere Oase der Ruhe haben wir erschaffen um euch einen stilvollen und gemütlichen Rückzugsort zu schaffen. Fühl dich also bitte wie zuhause. Das Apartment befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit gemütlichem Außenbereich im mediterranen Stil. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.

Enjoy a great stay at this centrally-located place. Neustadt train station can be reached within minutes by foot. You can also walk to the Elbe in just a few minutes. Also ideal for bike trips. Central and very well connected with ample free parking. Ideal for families or groups of travelers who appreciate separate sleeping arrangements.

we had a wonderful stay at svetlanas apartment. it was very clean, comfortable bed and we were able to do the laundry which was a lifesaver on our long trek around Germany. the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to work up a quick meal. even had a dishwasher we could start on our way out! I'm not sure what is considered down town but it is about a 45 minute walk to the large shopping mall area. you can take public transport and which is right outside for a 25 min bus ride we just aren't quite comfortable using it yet. overall we had a lovely comfortable stay and would recommend to others!

It was wonderful. From start to finish! A parking space right outside the door, a fantastically grand entrance hall with an étagère with fresh fruit, very friendly and discreet people who work there. The apartment is tastefully decorated. Everything was made so clean that you might think we were the first ones there. Towels and linens clean and with a great scent!! The kitchen was equipped with a variety of teas in a pretty display, salt & pepper, balsamic and olive oil as well as fresh beans for the coffee machine and sugar. Everything was also available for cleaning and the dishwasher. In the bathroom were extremely good-smelling shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and a body lotion in stylish pump dispensers from Anhow! The sauna needs no introduction and provided us with relaxation with a herbal infusion from Dresdner Essenz. There were two bathrooms, although only one was in the description, and three TVs. We had a wonderful stay! Our travel plans changed last minute, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating, quickly updating the lock combination for us without any hassle. When we initially had trouble getting the heat to work, they responded immediately and even brought portable heaters—though in the end, we didn’t need them. The apartment is stocked with so many useful items—coffee filters, detergent, plenty of bathroom essentials, and even a straightening iron. But the absolute highlight was the beautiful decor. You can tell that the place was furnished with real love and attention to detail, perfectly capturing the style of the time period. From the plate clock above the kitchen door to the heavy wool blanket in the sitting room, every little touch felt intentional. The lamps, chests, dishes—simply amazing! A truly special place. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at this location for several days and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Originally we had planned to stay at a highly rated hotel in the city center. I had read all of the reviews and it looked fantastic. However, several weeks before we arrive I checked again and the reviews had substantially decreased. We decided to cancel and book this one. It was one of the best Airbnb‘s that we have stayed at in Europe. It was pristine, loved the location, balcony was great, and the decor was right on. Everything that we needed was there. Patricia was very communicative and there was easy check-in. She even offered us an earlier time to check in, but unfortunately, we were not able to utilize this as became in later. However, that would definitely have been useful if we had arrived earlier. We also really enjoyed the balcony space. It was very nice and it overbooked a courtyard shared with the other apartments. If we are ever in town again, we would stay here.

We felt right at home. Everything was prepared and there was enough space for the five of us. The location was quiet (we wanted that too). The surroundings are clean. Above all, the lake is to be recommended in the sunshine. There are shops that are also within walking distance. We had once eaten Indian at the Himalayan restaurant and were satisfied. :) thank you very much😃

We had a wonderful time at Julia's place! The accommodation was perfectly located in a quiet side street, which allowed us to enjoy a relaxing and relaxing atmosphere. The surroundings are really great and have everything you need. The apartment itself was well decorated and met all our expectations. It was particularly gratifying that the children felt very comfortable. Julia really thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
