Ideally suited for hiking enthusiasts and water lovers in a forest and water-rich area. A very clean lake 800 meters away invites you to swim in all seasons. Not far away is Tropical Island, the Spreewald, Lake Scharmützelsee with Bad Saarow and the Polish market in Slubice. Hunting and fishing facilities are also available.

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

The "Kranichhof" is just minutes from the swimming lake in the old village. There is a large orchard and horse paddocks. The spacious, 90-square-meter loft apartment is on the first floor of an old converted and expanded farmhouse. It has a large bedroom, shower and bathtub, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with TV reading area, desk, dining area, additional sofa bed and large balcony terrace. Modern vacation home directly on a small lake. Practically furnished to unwind for a few days in the middle of nature. On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase leads to the slightly lower sleeping loft with two more single beds. A high-quality bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with the essentials make this great tiny house an absolute feel-good place.

The apartment with an amazing view on the lake is also located directly on the lake in the city of Teupitz. In the house, there are 2 apartments that are used exclusively by guests. The apartment has its own terrace on the lake. The rowing boat and jetty are provided by our guests. In addition, the property includes a game room with billiards, darts, foosball and much more.

100 meters to the swimming lake ,tranquility for the soul. My house is located in a nature reserve in the forest . Here everything is far away and there are animals ( mosquito, wasp , fox, etc.) It is nature so there are leaves and pollen . Peace , relaxation and nature . Depreciation for cleanliness , price/performance,and location is never warranted.
