Monthly Rentals in El Vilà

Quiet villa but only 20 minutes walk to town. Good space inside and out and great idea to keep some inflatables for the pool plus games inside. Sun comes on one patio in the morning and then another in the afternoon, so always somewhere to sit.

The house is very lovely—well furnished, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a real highlight, very nice and relaxing. Communication with Antonia was smooth and easy from start to finish. A few tips for future guests: we recommend booking the pool heating if you’re visiting during a cooler season—we did it and int was very nice. The outdoor cats are adorable and perfect for animal lovers, but they do leave a lot of hair on the outdoor furniture, so just be mindful of that. The rooms had high humidity, but the air driers provided managed it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Very central location, close to the beach and restaurants but also in a relatively quiet street. We could hear a little bit of street noise but totally acceptable and there are no open noisy terraces or bars in the close neighbourhood. Nice apartment with nice deco and well equipped. Felt cosy. It was ok to find a parking space in April but maybe check with Charly if you visit during the summer. From Port de Pollenca we visited and hiked both peninsulas: Formentor and Alcúdia. Great landscapes. Globally, very satisfied with our stay.

Very nice and clean apartment with well equipped kitchen and as shown on pictures. Less than five minutes away from beach. Cristina answered on questions quickly. Everything was perfect. Huge recommendation!
