Vacation rentals with a patio in El Verger

I have never seen such caring hosts. They received us with a basket of surprises, they gave us so many recommandations, they would answer so fast, they translated for us for our driver who didn't speak a word of English, they offered to help us find a driver and even to call them if we had any trouble while traveling on our bikes. They even came to offer us some fresh fruits. They truly were so amazing and helpful and caring!!! I will definitely keep that host in mind for any other travel in the area!!!

Excellent place. We were there off season and the peace and tranquility is to die for. Beautiful balcony, spotless unit. A gem of a place. We are a family of 3 and loved our stay. Highly recommend

I've been traveling for months and have stayed in over 20 places. Maciej's place is on the top of the list for sure!! It's comfortable with a greatttt mattress, big bed, huge terrace, nice sofa, big Smart TV, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. There is a gorgeous view of Montgo from all rooms and the terrace. Walking distance to the Marina with restaurants, Paseo, beach, town. 2 minutes drive to Lidl and another grocery. I walked around with my little dog at all hours. It's very quiet out, literally hearing crickets 😅 I would come back to the condo anytime!

A dream place, the wonderful pool and the terrace, the breathtaking views, everything is at hand, the accommodation does not lack any detail, anything you need you have, a lot of tranquility and privacy, everything is very clean and tidy, I will definitely be back. For me it was a very good stay in every way. The sea is in front and the house is very good and it is a very typical Valencian environment, which those who know how to appreciate it will love. It's a quiet area but everything is very close. And you can go any time of the year. There are few places like that left. I believe that it is an area with a series of privileges that are not found elsewhere.

Great little town. The apartment was great, plenty of room for the bags. It was exactly like the photos and the listing. Quiet at night, the neighbors were barely heard and seen. It was told in advance that there were no grocery stores nearby, so you could prepare for that too. Appliances needed in the kitchen, including a washing machine. Drying rack on the balcony a little small.

We loved staying in this apartment which was even better than the photos. Amazing view with a very well-appointed balcony. The accommodation is clean, nice, cozy and tastefully decorated. Very clean and pretty pool. Hosts are responsive and the people who welcome you on site are available and attentive to every request and question whether by message or in person. I would recommend this place 1000 times.

Absolutely amazing home! Great for a vacation, working remotely or cycling training. Spacious and conveniently located, yet peaceful and private. Fast wifi and very clean.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful accommodation, clean, very comfortable, well-equipped and very well located, with a private terrace and wonderful views of the Rock framed between the green of the pine trees and the blue of the sea. There are 3 coves nearby that you can walk to with crystal clear waters. Isaac is very attentive to clarifying our doubts. Highly recommended. Looking forward to returning.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Nadine is a very friendly, knowledgeable and always available person. I can't fault it. We were all very happy in the house and would book it again at any time.

Thanks to Antonio for this listing! He welcomed us on our arrival and explained everything clearly. The beach is 100 meters away, you only have to cross the dune. The water is warm, and it's easy to find space to fit your parasol. The pool is very large, and not very busy, it's very pleasant after a day at the beach. The residence is very well maintained, clean and quiet. The accommodation is well-equipped, clean and functional. Air conditioning is a plus for a month of August in Oliva. Parking and the adjoining room are also welcome to park the car and store beach gear. We had a great time, and recommend this rental!

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

We had an incredible time with the family. Very comfortable apartment with all the tools and amenities to make a getaway and just worrying about enjoying. Unbeatable location, especially if you are going with young children as being a residential area you can enjoy the outdoors and the pool. My family and I loved this place. The apartment was clean, offered all the amenities as described in the listing, the beds are comfortable and the pool area was fantastic. The neighbours were also very friendly. Iris gave us some interesting tips and welcomed us warmly. We would love to come back.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet.
