What an absolute gem of a place ! My friend and I are seasoned travellers and are accustomed to quality standards when it comes to accommodation. Harsh’s place exceeded our expectations from the offset. The communication was fantastic by both hosts, covering not only the accommodation but the local area too. The accommodation is welcoming/ spotless and has all the amenities and facilities you require with ample space. The balcony is spacious and being at a top level has great views of the pool and the beach/sea. The lift is ideal for elders or those with young children. Most of all the place felt safe and secure. The idyllic beach is 2 minutes away. and within another 5 minutes you hit the promenade where there are multiple shops / coffee shops / bars / restaurants with a wide variety or choice to suit everyone’s needs. A further 10 minutes and you are at a quaint marina. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends, families or even couples looking for an enjoyable retreat.

great location to disconnect. The house is next to the rural hotel aue manages David. Very helpful at all times. Don't stop trying the breakfast prepared by David and his wife at the hotel. The route of the Estrechos del Parrizal is essential, you have to book before going.

Excellent location in perhaps one of the best developments in Alcocéber. In front of Playa del Moro. Bus stop at the door, small supermarket next door, very large and very quiet development. A good pool and a huge green area. The apartment is good, clean, large and with everything you need.

Lucia's apartment is great. All very new and very clean. There was everything you need to spend a great few days. The area is very quiet but with the fiber connection whenever you need it you can be connected. In addition, Lucia has always been careful to inform everything with sufficient time. It is a very recommended place to disconnect and be quiet, especially by the pool, in which it is very comfortable and very fresh. If we can we wouldn't hesitate to repeat it.

The place is lovely. Newly built building with top quality finishes. The beach is two minutes walk away. It's super nice and comfortable and the best thing is that it's all new. The building has a swimming pool, common areas, parking... it was definitely fantastic

The house is very well equipped, with an air conditioning system on each floor. It is very spacious and modern There are also basic things like gel, soap, spices for cooking, etc., which is appreciated when you're running out. They were flexible with the key exchange even though we arrived at night due to traffic. Highly recommended in general.

the place is as shown in the listing it's spacious, everyone has their bed the terrace is shaded the location is really amazing once parked you can do everything on foot there are restaurants everywhere in alcossebre a butcher shop a bakery the beach is a 2 min walk Maria is very nice the hospitality was perfect Maria left us some drinks and snacks for the kids very easy communication with Maria Thank you for everything
