SpronkenHouse Villa 1

First things first: Joris is the perfect host. You can not ask for faster reactions. Any issue we had, any question was immediately taken care of. No question that Joris cares. The spot is amazing. If you are on a motorbike there is no better place maybe even in the world to discover and enjoy the rides. Also quite good weather during winter (besides cold mornings and a few rainy days). Had a shepherd that dropped by with his goats, lovely scenery and amazing sun dawns. Just a good place. As in any spanish spot some dogs are barking at night but nothing major. You definitely need a car (or motorbike) to go shopping or discover the area but this is what this space is made for: off the grid. A few things to be aware of: the house is a piece of art and you have to be ok with being exposed to wildlife. As a couple that knows each other well for years the open house concept feels cool but be aware that there is no door, no rooms, no privacy 😂. Heating was fixed during our stay. Lovely
The image displays an open-plan living area featuring a grey sofa and a light wooden kitchen. Sunlight filters through the sheer curtains, illuminating the terrazzo flooring. A dining area with four black chairs is positioned nearby, creating a welcoming space for relaxation.

We loved staying in this home. The location is amazing, the house is very clean and has a lot of style. There are many beautiful nature reserves around. Belén is very friendly and is always willing to help and answer any questions.
A serene waterfall cascades down a rocky surface into a clear, turquoise pool. Surrounding greenery provides a natural frame, enhancing the tranquil setting in the park. Sunlight reflects off the water, creating shimmering patterns on the surface.

Rustic farmhouse in a natural setting on the Lucena mills route

KellyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We loved our 10 day stay at this house including our dog. The house was more remote then the ad showed but that worked fine for us but had we known we would have brought more supplies for that day\evening. House was lovely and clean and tidy with everything we wanted for a 10 day stay, in particular the views from the terrace day and night are incredible and peaceful. Overall we wanted peace and tranquillity with the aim of hiking every day and this house was perfect.

A small refuge to disconnect

MaríaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We loved spending a few days at the Catalina house. The house is very comfortable, cozy and modern but without losing its rustic touch. Sara was pending upon our arrival and had the fireplace lit for us. Communication was very easy. The surroundings are beautiful, ideal for walking or getting to know the surrounding villages (we went to Albarracín). The stay was made to us and if we stop by the area again we will gladly stay there again.

A quiet and charming studio in La Vega

AveryRating, 5 stars3 months ago
The studio was reasonably priced and very close Valdelinares. The host was very responsive and kind. We appreciated that some kitchen essentials such as coffee, sugar, and salt were provided. There were also plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Our only issue was that the power would sometimes switch off if we used multiple burners to cook or had the heaters running while using the air fryer/microwave. I know this is common in apartments in Spain, so I was not bothered. The only thing we missed was Wifi, but we still managed to have a nice time without it. I hope we will be able to visit the apartment again when the ski season begins next year.
