Monthly Rentals in El Playazo

We have just spent a fabulous 7 weeks at Gabriel's apartment. As mentioned in previous reviews the apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. It was spotlessly clean & with very modern appliances, truly a home from home.The large terrace was a sun trap, on which we enjoyed many breakfasts. Gabriel & Ana were excellent hosts & very responsive from our initial discussion until our last day, they couldn't have done more to help us acclimatise to Vera Playa & the surrounding areas. The bikes were a nice addition & we used them most days as there are many safe cycle paths in the area. The weather was glorious and we enjoyed many days at the local Sports club in Puerto Rey. There are two big supermarkets within a 5 minute drive & lively bars within walking distance. There are markets every day of the week somewhere in the area & there is a well stocked English library in Mojacar town. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. We will definitely return.

I really cannot fault Andres as a host. His home was perfect and contained every possible amenity needed for a great holiday. I would thoroughly recommend Andre’s as a host to anyone seeking accommodation in this beautiful area of Spain.

The place is magical! From the first moment you can feel at home, it's very cozy, clean, bright. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need for both a short and very long stay. The location is perfect, close to the sports resort, up to 2 minutes to the beach. The neighborhood is also quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants (both on foot and by car).

Very good apartment, clean and conveniently located
