A perfect apartment. Everything is new, clean, with incredible ocean views, cozy. The development with a pool and a social club where we could eat. The beach is right on the waterfront, very quiet. Alejandro offered us all the information about the area and was very flexible when we asked him if we could check out later, which we thought was a nice touch because we could make the most of the day. I would definitely repeat.

The apartment is as it appears in the photo. The wifi works great, I was working for two days and without an interruption. The apartment is just a few meters from the beach, the terrace is spectacular and very large, great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The house was tidy and the beds were comfortable. We could have used a small frying pan, because the ones there were big, but otherwise great. Near the apartment there are a couple of bars, although it seems that depending on the weather they open all day or only in the morning, so if it is not summer season and you are looking for tranquility and peace it is the ideal place.

I was a few days with my family in apartment 2, which has all amenities. The patio as already indicated in the listing is shared with the apartment 1. The site is exclusive, with direct beach access. The host was always very attentive.

We had a wonderful stay at Irene's apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and located just a short walk from the beach - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the area. Irene was incredibly responsive, supportive, and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth and stress-free from the start. One thing to note is that there was some nearby construction work during our stay, which was quite noisy, especially since it's not yet the high season. However, this was completely out of the host’s control. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would be happy to come back again in the future!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very nice—newly renovated, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic—the beach is just a 3-minute walk away and it’s really lovely. The host was exceptionally flexible, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! Parel in Pucol, be quick because this is going to be very popular very soon. Peace, privacy, beautiful, super stay and host is perfect. You do need a car for the excursions nearby. The stay is super local and quiet, keep that in mind / not all restaurants are always open but by car in about 18 minutes in Valencia city center. The house super beautiful, view super, wake up and with a few steps swimming in the sea = magnifique. A direct hit. BUT, as reported, definitely need a car.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

The furnishings of the house are very stylish and appealing. The existing space is used very cleverly. The highlight is certainly the roof terrace... overall we felt very comfortable

This idyllic little cottage was an incredible experience. The land is very special, gorgeous views, lovely breezes and very sweet energy. It’s clear the intention put into making this space serene and cozy. We both work remotely and we had everything we needed to work comfortably. We would love to return someday!

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

great apartment overlooking the sea and exciting rocks. The host's response is always quick. Great snorkeling opportunity. Restaurants within walking distance. Denia can be reached in about 10 minutes. Very nice!! Great.

This apartment really is a very good place to stay. I cant say something bad about it. Everything about this wen smooth except for the entrance in the apartment that you have to type the code every time. for us it was definitely a 5 star stay.

Just back from our second stay at Oceans 11 apartment…we had such a lovely experience the first time around and as a returning guest; the second certainly did not disappoint! We appreciated the new air conditioning installation and the apartment is as fantastic as before…clean, comfortable, centrally located and quick access to St.Antoni beach. A pleasure to stay in beautiful Cullera again, thanks Conor for recommending taxis, restaurants and our day trip to Gandía on the train. We highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.

The apartment and its hosts are great. You feel at home, and in a Valencian home. You can get from here to both the beach and the old town. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, cozy, comfortable and clean apartment with sea view on the beach of Patacona with various restaurants. The apartment was warmly decorated and equipped with everything you need. Emma was very friendly and responsive. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the apartment at any time. Thank you for everything.

Eva was the perfect host. She and Borja met us on arrival and were very friendly and hospitable. She replied to our messages instantly and was very helpful. The apartment was exactly as described, spacious with great facilities, pool, padel courts and 3 min walk from the beach, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Eva even helped me practice my spanish!

Very good location on the promenade with a fantastic view. The apartment is good, it had everything you need during your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped. I liked the pool, it was nice to have a little more swimming after the beach. There are several shops and restaurants in the area, although a car is required for a larger shopping trip.
