The Englishman's house

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.

What a marvelous stay. Better than expected. First of all, Maria is an excellent host. She is a very sweet lady and gave us a wonderful welcoming. She gave us useful information about the surrounding area and great recommendations. She has the kitchen stocked up with breakfast essentials and every morning she had a surprise for us. The home is perfect for a short or long stay. It's very comfortable and with all the basic needs. The location was a wonderful surprise. Upon entering, you pass by the family's farm that serves as a refuge for dogs. There are horses, donkies, goats, pigs and chickens. On the other side of the large property you find the cottage. A peaceful oasis. With an excellent terrace to have breakfast or a late night glass of wine. I highly recommend Maria's place. It is worth it and proceeds go to the animal refuge.

We were lucky enough to get a booking for hello’s place at short notice as we had missed our train connection. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with lovely fresh linen. The toilet and bathroom are in a glass cube within the room so privacy wasn’t ideal but no biggie. Would definitely stay there again and/recommend

Our stay in Barcelona was excellent, and the accommodation perfectly met our needs. The location is very good, with easy access to the subway and key places in the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. From the first moment, communication with Mile was prompt and friendly. We arrived early and he very kindly allowed us to leave our bags, which was a great relief to be able to start enjoying the city without worries. Barbara and Sofia's apartment is a perfect solution for two to three nights in Barcelona. Very helpful, kind and welcoming owners. We were provided with everything we needed and were also allowed to use the wonderful terrace on the top floor. The location is in a well-connected neighborhood and also great for lunches, dinners and evening walks.
