We had the best, most relaxing time in José’s apartment. Great location 2 mins from the beach, the kitchen is so well put together and equipped. When I come back to this great city I will look to stay here again!

The stay was great. Rocio has responded quite quickly at all times. The accommodation is ideal to spend a few days with friends, with a great location, and well cared for. We would repeat our stay again

From the first moment, Laura was super kind and flexible. He gave us a lot of recommendations to be able to go downtown. Also, he left us a lot of stuff in the home for breakfast, chopping and fruit, also bath towels, gel, shampoo, etc. When checking out it also gave us a lot of flexibility of schedules and recommendations to eat a good rice. A totally 10 experience!!

Great location, beautiful property and extremely helpful and responsive hosts. Only way that the stay could have been improved would be if the pool was heated, but we were there in April.

Espe’s place was fantastic. A great location for walking to the beach, the bus/ metro stops, and the local market. The area felt really friendly and there were excellent local bakeries and bars. A large nearby park was a great bonus for our 6 year old. The house was spotless, well proportioned and had comfortable beds. Getting in and out of the house with keyless entry was really easy.

Lovely place, ideal for a group of friends as not much privacy between rooms. Only a couple minutes walk to the amazing beach and a supermarket nearby. Well equipped kitchen perfect for some cooking.

The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them has been excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

Both amparo and Paula (co-host) were super responsive and friendly. They are wonderful hosts and super content with the house. It is in a very quiet area and right on the beach, of course it is a stay that we would repeat in a time that can be enjoyed 100% of the location right on the beach and the pool of the house. It's exactly what you see in the photos as well as being a cozy home. An experience of 10 ☺️

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

Great house in a great location. A small oasis in Pobla de Farnals. We felt very comfortable with Ellen and had an absolutely relaxing week.

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

We had a wonderful time at Monica's house. The house is highly recommended for groups, well-distributed rooms (each with its own air conditioning). The bathrooms are also very comfortable and modern. The kitchen comes with everything you need and they have a small table on the terrace ideal for an outdoor meal. The place is a 10 and so was the communication with Monica who always responded quickly and left us all the clear instructions. We will definitely be back and recommend it.

A lovely place to stay. Quiet, yet easy walking distance to nice restaurants, bars and beach. Really easy to get anywhere in the city on public transport and an easy bike ride into town.

Milena’s place is lovely, tastefully decorated and very close to the beach. Not far from the town by bike or tram. I couldn’t figure out how to use the TV, so maybe some instructions would be handy, but Milena offered to come and help to set it up. She’s always great at responding to questions and sent lots of tips for restaurants and things to do in Valencia. Thank you Milena

A lovely apartment 5* all round. Checkin was easy. It was super clean, and even better than expected from the photos. it was surprisingly quiet for being right on a main bus route. Great places to eat nearby for pizza, pasta and we enjoyed Mercabanyal.

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful, modern and spacious apartment. The location was ideal for us – quiet yet central, with only a few minutes' walk to the beach, supermarkets and many nice restaurants. The connection to public transport was also great. The apartment is stylishly furnished, very well equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Especially practical: the fast and stable Internet, also perfect for working. A big thank you to Igor and his team – communication was friendly, fast and straightforward from the start. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

Fantastic house that was big enough for our group of 6 with A LOT of luggage. Everything experienced as described but make sure you download the Nuki app before you arrive as it confused us a little. We would certainly come back here

Not only does the description match 100%, but the stay was also very good. Fernando was very attentive, he recommended where to eat, how to get around, everything we needed. We definitely recommend it. .

Great Apartment in Valencia !

Francesca is a great host, very responsive and always ready to give suggestions on things happening in Valencia in order to get a much better feeling of the local vibe during your stay. The apartment is like in the photos, when entering the apartment in the end it looked even better than on the photos. A great stay for every recommendation, and if ever in Valencia again, this will be my first choise if available.
