The Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, with the Metro from Xátiva and Colon station (5min) and transshipment on the Tram. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences you can take the Bus (15min). In addition, there is a bike rental less than 1 minute away, to explore the city or to reach the Jardines del Real or the Turia River Garden, the "Central Parc" of València in 5 minutes. The old River Turia's garden is a green belt that connects the whole city, where you can spend the day strolling under the shade of the trees while touring and visiting different monuments until you reach the City of Arts and Sciences. It is very easy to get to the apartment since the Xàtiva metro stop with direct connection to the airport and the train station are 5 min. I will be happy to receive you at any time of the day. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. Disponible sin coste adicional una cuna de viaje previa solicitud. El edificio no cuenta con áreas comunes. Vivirás en el corazón del Valencia, llena de vida y movimiento, podrás disfrutar del encanto de la cuidad, sus calles, sus monumentos y su vida alegre. La magnífica ubicación permite que estemos bien comunicados, todos los transportes pasan por la Plaza de La Reina donde nos llevan por ejemplo a La Ciudad de las Ciencias y Artes o bien a la playa de Valencia. Moverse a pie o en bicicleta es una gran opción, dado que todo se encuentra cerca del piso. Si vienes en coche, solo a 200m se encuentra el parking público de La plaza de la Reina, en pleno corazón de la ciudad. Tranquilo y al mismo tiempo encontraran toda la vitalidad de la ciudad. The flat is very well located, only 3 minutes from the "Plaza de la Virgen", one of the main squares in Valencia, in the center of the old town "El Carmen". The flat has a big and beautiful south terrace over viewing the old town. A sunshade makes it the perfect place to eat during almost the whole year. Even though the flat lies in the heart of the city, it is very quiet and peaceful. The flat consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and one with two single beds, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The sofa in the living room can be transformed into another double bed. Furthermore, we can provide a small cot for babies. Both bedrooms have a ventilator in the ceiling. The kitchen is well equipped with all basics, a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, water-cooker and all big electrical devices. The flat has a good WIFI connection and air-conditioning. Towels and bedclothes are available. The location of the flat is very comfortable, all main sites are within walking distance. There are many great restaurants within a radius of 10 minutes walking (I provide a small booklet with the best restaurants in the sourroundings). The party area is also right around the corner. The central market is only 10 minutes walking and the big park of Valencia, the dry Turia river, is only 5 minutes away. One of the main conecting street lies very close and taxis to the airport can easily reach the flat. The train station is also easily reached in 20 minutes walk or 7 minutes in Taxi.
