Appartement très confortable dans une petite maison. L'appartement superbement aménagé dispose de tout le confort nécessaire et est tres bien équipé. Il est bien situé : quasiement face à la plage de la Marva-Rosa, à proximité des commerces et des transports pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Valence. José est un hôte très accueillant et bienveillant. Je recommande vivement cette location.

La estancia fue muy bien. Rocio ha contestado bastante rápido en todo momento. El alojamiento es ideal para pasar unos días con amigos/as, con muy buena ubicación, y bien cuidado. Volveríamos a repetir nuestra estancia.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen von Iris, Carmens Tochter, welche ausgezeichnet Englisch spricht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles war perfekt und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Das Quartier ist sehr lebendig und authentisch. Auch ist man schnell am Strand und in der Hafenregion. Auch die Innenstadt ist mit Bus oder Metro schnell erreichbar.

Desde el primero momento, Laura fue súper amable y flexible. Nos dio muchísimas recomendaciones para poder ir al centro de la ciudad. Además, nos dejó un montón de cosas en el alojamiento para desayunar, picar y fruta, también toallas para el baño, gel, champú, etc A la hora de salir también nos dio muchísima flexibilidad de horarios y recomendaciones para comer un buen arroz. Una experiencia totalmente de 10!!

Great location, beautiful property and extremely helpful and responsive hosts. Only way that the stay could have been improved would be if the pool was heated, but we were there in April.

Espe’s place was fantastic. A great location for walking to the beach, the bus/ metro stops, and the local market. The area felt really friendly and there were excellent local bakeries and bars. A large nearby park was a great bonus for our 6 year old. The house was spotless, well proportioned and had comfortable beds. Getting in and out of the house with keyless entry was really easy.

Lovely place, ideal for a group of friends as not much privacy between rooms. Only a couple minutes walk to the amazing beach and a supermarket nearby. Well equipped kitchen perfect for some cooking.

La casa ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas. Estaba muy limpia y disponía de todo para pasar unos días de descanso. La playa está literalmente al lado y se llega en 3 minutos andando, aunque si no te apetece bajar al mar también te puedes bañar en la piscina. Hay que seguir varias instrucciones al llegar y al salir, pero los propietarios te detallan y explican todo muy bien. La comunicación con ellos ha sido excelente. Hemos disfrutado de un fin de semana con amigos estupendo!

Tanto amparo como Paula (coanfitriona) han sido súper atentas y amables. Son unas anfitrionas maravillosas y súper contentas con la casa. Esta en una zona muy tranquila y a pie de playa, desde luego que es una estancia que repetiríamos en una época que se pueda disfrutar al 100% de la ubicación a pie de playa y la piscina de la casa. Es tal cual lo qué ves en las fotos además de ser una casa acogedora. Una experiencia de 10 ☺️

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

Tolles Haus in grandioser Lage. Eine kleine Oase in Pobla de Farnals. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt bei Ellen und hatten eine absolut erholsame Woche.

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

Hemos pasado unos días de maravilla en la casa de Monica. La casa es muy recomendable para grupos , habitaciones bien distribuidas (cada una con su aire acondicionado). Los baños también muy cómodos y modernos. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario y tienen una mesita en al terraza ideal para una comida al aire libre. El lugar es de 10 y también lo fue la comunicación con Monica que siempre respondió en poco tiempo y nos dejó todas las instrucciones claras. Sin duda repetiremos y lo recomendamos.

A lovely place to stay. Quiet, yet easy walking distance to nice restaurants, bars and beach. Really easy to get anywhere in the city on public transport and an easy bike ride into town.

Milena’s place is lovely, tastefully decorated and very close to the beach. Not far from the town by bike or tram. I couldn’t figure out how to use the TV, so maybe some instructions would be handy, but Milena offered to come and help to set it up. She’s always great at responding to questions and sent lots of tips for restaurants and things to do in Valencia. Thank you Milena

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Valencia! Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und abgebildet. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants, Supermärkte und der Strand ist quasi um die Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt und würden sie definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem schönen, modernen und grosszügigen Apartment sehr genossen. Die Lage war für uns ideal – ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand, Supermärkten und vielen netten Restaurants. Auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel war top. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders praktisch: das schnelle und stabile Internet, perfekt auch zum Arbeiten. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Igor und sein Team – die Kommunikation war von Anfang an freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Fantastic house that was big enough for our group of 6 with A LOT of luggage. Everything experienced as described but make sure you download the Nuki app before you arrive as it confused us a little. We would certainly come back here

No solo coincide al 100% la descripción, además la estancia ha sido muy buena. Fernando muy atento, nos ha recomendado donde comer, como movernos por allí, todo lo que necesitaramos. Sin duda lo recomendamos. .

Francesca is a great host, very responsive and always ready to give suggestions on things happening in Valencia in order to get a much better feeling of the local vibe during your stay. The apartment is like in the photos, when entering the apartment in the end it looked even better than on the photos. A great stay for every recommendation, and if ever in Valencia again, this will be my first choise if available.
