An apartment located in the center of town and next to the Día supermarket, 20 minutes from Avila and 10 minutes from the Burguillo reservoir, a charming place surrounded by mountains and fabulous cuisine, with many activities to do... hiking, canoeing, horseback riding... very close to the Iruelas Valley nature reserve and the nature museum. Very bright apartment, it has all the equipment to make a stay as comfortable as possible with newly acquired furniture.

You are just 3 minutes from downtown Villanueva De la Vera but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Everything is designed here so that you can “Atalantar”, which is the Partocha word we use to express that we are “in our center”. Upstairs there are two bathrooms and two double bedrooms (one of which has an en-suite bathroom and a large balcony). In the event that two people are staying, only the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony will be opened. When there are 4 guests, both rooms will be available.
