Vacation rentals with a patio in Eisenstadt

What a sensational stay we had in Vienna, we chose to walk from Wien Mitte, it took us about 20 minutes, but you could get the public transport or an Uber. The apartment was very easy to find and access, we had a tiny bit of trouble with the door code, however we were given a key for the remainder of our stay to assist us. The location is perfect, right near the river. You are a 10 minute walk from the Underground (Ubahn) which is an excellent service. The apartment has incredible views over Vienna, and is spotlessly clean. With a Billa (shop) around the corner. Travellers beware, as the Billa is very expensive, we would instead recommend the EuroSpar that can be seen from the balcony. We have every intention of returning to this stunning part of the world, and to this apartment in particular. 5 stars, perfect, couldn't recommend enough!

A wonderful location to relax. The terrace is spectacular and the flat had everything we needed. Andrea was friendly and welcoming but also gave us our privacy. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful place to unwind.

Saubere und moderne Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Jede Menge Supermärkte vorhanden und Restaurants am Donauufer. Die Lage ist perfekt - die Altstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Eine stilvolle, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit besonderer Atmosphäre – alles war sauber, durchdacht und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Betten bequem, die Lage ideal: Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür, in 15 Min. ist man im Zentrum. Dank des privaten Parkplatzes war auch die Anreise stressfrei. Unsere Gastgeber Kati, Niko und Taiko waren wunderbar: freundlich, herzlich, präsent im Kontakt, mit perfekt organisiertem Self-Check-in und persönlichen Empfehlungen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und sind erfüllt von schönen Eindrücken nach Hause gefahren. Um alles zu entdecken, was Wien zu bieten hat, braucht es definitiv einen zweiten Aufenthalt – den wir mit Freude bei euch verbringen würden! Danke für alles – 5 🌟 von Herzen! Liebe Grüße, Esmer🌸

Die Unterkunft war sauber und noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick und die Terasse sind sehr schön. Die Anlage ist sicher. Der Pool war auch gut von der Temperatur. Alles super! Bettina war sehr hilfsbereit, zuverlässig und immer gut zu erreichen!

Great place!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist direkt in der Nähe und man muss nur wenige Haltestellen ins Zentrum fahren. Das Air Bnb ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Balkon befindet sich im Grünen. Absolut zu empfehlen

Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Die Möblierung zwar alt, aber dennoch alles funktionell und sauber .Schöner gepflegter Garten. Veronica hat uns sogar auf unsere Bitte einen Kinderhochstuhl besorgt. Wir waren mit unseren 4 Enkeln. Denen hat es auch gefallen. Etliche Spielsachen auch vorhanden.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Alles vorhanden. Viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Mörbisch ist ein sehr idyllisches Ort mit lieben und freundlichen Menschen.

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig und der Blick in Garten und Wald überwältigend. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Wien ist mir Bus oder 15 Minuten fahrt zu einem P+R (S Bahn Anbindung) gut zu machen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus sind zuvorkommend aber auch diskret.

Gyönyörű az egész ház és a kert is. Baráti társasággal szálltunk meg és a 3 hálószoba mindenkinek meg teremtette a privát szférát azonban a közösségi terek nagyok és kényelmesek voltak így akár a teraszon akár bent a nappaliban, étkezőben nagyon kényelmesen össze tudtunk ülni. Igazi álom ház, minden megtalálható amire szükség lehet és a környék is nagyon nyugodt, csendes szimpatikus.

Angela was a great host and her place was perfect for our short city trip! Everything was spotless and practical, we could check in earlier than usual… our needs have been met perfectly. The location of the house is not very central, but you can walk to the train station which is not that far away and catch the train to Vienna (you‘ll be there in 15mins). Sadly we couldn’t try the pool as we only stayed a couple of days, but we‘ll surely catch up our next time in Vienna!

We stayed here for several weeks and everything was great. The owner is very helpful and kind. We will definitely return if we have the chance. A great place for business trips and longer stays. 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

The apartment was super clean and had everything necessary for a long stay. It is in a good neighborhood next to grocery stores and not to far from the city center. Beata was super caring and made sure the stay was nice and everything went well.

Sehr helle, geräumige und ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit einer tollen Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und hat sogar eine Klimaanlage (das ist im Sommer nicht ganz unwichtig, da die Wohnung ab Mittag gut Sonne abbekommt ;-)). Es gibt 2 Supermärkte in kurzer Laufweite, ebenso sind verschiedene Öffis (z. B. U4/6, Bus 12 A, Tram 18) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und man ist superschnell bei den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein Parkhaus ist in ca. 10 Laufminuten verfügbar und wenn man sich die entsprechende Park-App für den Aufenthalt holt, kann man für unter € 8 / Tag sein Auto abstellen. Es gibt kaum Cafés (z.B. zum Frühstücken) oder Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber aufgrund der kurzen Wege mit den Öffentlichen war das für uns kein großes Ding. Ich kann die Wohnung für einen Wien-Trip auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

We had such a pleasant stay at Johanna's apartment. The flat is specious, very well eqiupped (lightening is amazing) and the owner took care of all the details to make it cozy and comfortable. Johanna and her husband were very kind and paid special attention to our small child even bringing her fresh strawberries and bedding from their children. We will definitely consider coming back.

I had a wonderful stay in Tanjs airbnb! The apartment is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beautiful Belvedere Palace and well connected to public transport for exploring the rest of Vienna. The area also has plenty of shops nearby for anything you might need. The apartment itself is clean, cosy, and well-equipped with everything you need. It even has a lovely balcony with a view of the trees - a great spot to relax. Tanja is an amazing host, very responsive and full of great recommendations for places to visit. I would definitely recommend staying here :)

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Der Pool ist einzigartig und leicht zu erreichen im 31.Stockwerk. Grandiose Aussicht. Der Supermarkt Billa ist gut bestückt. Die U-Bahn ist fussläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und fährt eigentlich permanent. Wir waren 7 Tage vor Ort und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.
