Beach house vacation rentals in Edison

This was one of the most memorable and meaningful events and Ashley's gorgeous home was the perfect centerpiece and the warmest most wonderful place that we could've ever found. We are so greatful! The decor, the furniture, the rooms, the beds, everything available for us to use, I can go on and on and on. The pictures don't do it justice. Wow if you are on the fence of where to go, THIS IS IT! We hope to come back again!

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

The house was lovely and in a great location. It’s very close to the boardwalk at Sea Bright beach and close to good restaurants. A great place to stay at the Jersey Shore.

It was cozy yet spacious. It caused an all out homemade hot chocolate w marshmallow, movie night with the whole family. We'd grab a different great breakfast sandwich 3 min away daily. Everything is just an exit or a block away. I would love to stay here again.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was perfectly located to allow us to take a great long walk on the boardwalk in the morning, and was an easy drive to the events we were on Long Island for. Bruce was a great host and very responsive to questions ahead of our stay. We so appreciated the special touches like cookies left for us and a bottle of milk to go with our coffee! Our stay was easy and comfortable we would definitely stay there again.

David was a phenomenal host! His hospitality was great and his accommodations for my guests were exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend David to anyone looking for the beach front oasis.

David and Ileana are exceptional hosts. The Long Beach Bungalow exceeded every expectation from the time I was greeted by David, throughout my week long stay, and the minute it was time to head back home. My intention was to have a week of rest and relaxation. A daily walk on the boardwalk and beach was invigorating. I walked everywhere. The supermarket, restaurants, a spa day, and a boutique. The bungalow is equipped with every amenity you could possibly want. That shower was AMAZING. But let me say, David and Ileana’s attention to detail and kindness is extraordinary.

Beautifully decorated home in a great location walking distance to shops/restaurants and the boardwalk. The home has a nice open floorplan and is well stocked for cooking if you decide to stay in. We really enjoyed the heated saltwater pool and backyard. The setup is great for groups. The host was also very responsive and friendly. Overall, great value in a perfect location to spend a weekend by the beach. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. We - nine of us - very much enjoyed our stay at this house for a Thanksgiving getaway. The five bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our needs - and the living room was very comfortable and the kitchen well outfitted. As it was late fall, we didn't use the pool (closed for season) and didn't get to the hot tub (available, but we didn't find the time). Parking was easy and the garage had more gym equipment (weights, treadmill, rower, etc.) than a few hotel gyms that I've come across. Patricia was very communicative, and the house is a short drive to more than one beach, very close to Asbury Park, and near a number of decent restaurants. Together, it made for a very nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and made a ton of memories that we will cherish forever. The host was amazing!! The house was clean and we felt right at home. We loved having the pool and the option for outside dining. Already working on planning our stay for next year!

Tiffany has a wonderful home with a beautiful pool. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets. The house is in an excellent location as you can walk to many stores and restaurants. We were extremely happy and had a great time staying for a few days.

We had an amazing bachelorette weekend at Yelitza's place! There was plenty of room for all 10 of us, and the amenities, especially the pool, were fantastic and matched the description perfectly. The location was ideal, so close to the beach with plenty of stores within walking distance, or a quick drive. Yelitza was very responsive; I only had to reach out a couple of times with questions, and she responded right away with helpful solutions. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

The place was as described and perfect for our needs. Brought my 94 year old MIL home to the Jersey shore for a birthday celebration with family in the area. Elevator addressed our access needs. Close to beach, easy to get in and out of the area and just plain charming. Made for a great trip and if she chooses to return, I know where we will be staying.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Biff's place! The house is very clean, open, and bright. The many windows and doors fill the home with warm natural light (which was very welcome in the middle of winter!). The house is well situated on a quiet street in Lake Como, nestled away from busier streets, while still being close to restaurants in Belmar, Spring Lake, and Asbury Park. Biff took extra care to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay - he even had the outlets covered, which was a very thoughtful touch since we were staying with our one year old 😊 The kitchen was well stocked with any supplies we needed for meal preparation (the most well stocked of any AirBnb we've stayed at!) and the beds and linens were quite comfortable. Biff was very friendly and responsive when we had any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our time at the house. We can't wait to stay again soon. Thank you, Biff!

What a great house! You can feel the breezy beach vibes of this house as soon as you walk in. The energy is friendly and cheerful as the place invites you to join in the joy of everyone who's stayed there before. The whole house wants you to relax and have a laugh and a cool drink with friends and family.

Renae and Ted were LOVELY and so easy to work with! i am so grateful for their kindness and all that they did to help make my family vacation so incredible!!

Our family of 9 was super comfortable. This place it great. My family loved being here especially because it was so close to the beach. The yard is very small and also the entry door to the yard is completely missing, there is a lot of garbage under the deck which I found it to be a bit disturbing. Overall it was a fantastic stay… just make sure that make sure to lock the door with the lock..

this was by far our favorite air BNB! Tina's place felt just like home. Close to great food and the beach but also a beautiful neighborhood to walk our baby and dog. close to downtown shops the other direction. The house was cozy, clean, and had anything we could think of - games, a grill, beach badges, and more. Tina was super responsive, and very nice! we'll definitely try to come back!
