I had an excellent stay. The place was neat and comfortable. The host was very friendly and always responsive to calls. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again in the future.

We had the pleasure of staying at Binumon's studio apartment in the heart of Trivandrum for 3 nights, and I can't express how wonderful the experience was. Binumon truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, and I couldn't be more grateful. First and foremost, Binumon's flexibility and understanding were remarkable. We had a late check-in and a late check-out request, and he accommodated both without hesitation. His willingness to adjust to our schedule made our trip much smoother and stress-free. The studio apartment itself was nothing short of amazing. It was well-maintained, impeccably clean, and had all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident throughout the space, from the cozy bedding to the well-equipped kitchenette. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made this stay even more special was that our family, including 2 babies and their grand mom, spent their time here with absolute comfort!

Our first time in TVD and Binu's place was ideal for our family of 3. Location was perfect, easily accessible to most places, uber and autos are easily available and most of all helpful folks. Everyone from the caretaker to the security were very responsive and kind. An exquisitely designed and well kept home.

Very happy with the stay. The location was perfect…near to banks, shopping areas and airport. My family enjoyed the stay and Mr. Jose was very responsive to all our needs.

A clean and spacious place with amazing hospitality, suitable for families or solo travellers. It is suitably located in a residential area. The caretaker Matthew went out of his way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended if planning to stay in and around Trivandrum.

A neat cozy apartment in a quiet residential society. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms. The check-in and check-out was very smooth, with the apartment staff. The hosts were always available to help with anything that we needed.

Well maintained property it was very clean with all the required facilities as mentioned in the details and owner was very friendly, before we called them they called and checked our arrival timings and provided good service( we went in group of 14 members) very comfortable stay we had and also worth the money.

We had a great time at this property, Lekshmi's mom treated us like family and was super responsive with all our queries. House was very clean and tidy. Varkala cliff is very close to this property and the main town too. overall, it was a great stay and we look forward to visiting this property again.

Such a great stay! The room is cosy, clean and everything in working order. Edwin was responsive and helpful which made check in and finding the place easy. Close to the beach and walking distance to nice restaurant. Nice outside area to sit. The home cooked South Indian breakfasts were varied and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay with my family. It’s a beautiful house with excellent interiors. The house is clean and well maintained. Manager Anoop and his wife was very helpful and polite. I would strongly this place to families visiting kerala. Special thanks to Mr. Sanjeev for his wonderful home.

This trip with my friends became more memorable because of the host’s humility and kindness. He himself took initiative and suggested lot of local places to visit. The statutory placement of the building was just right. The rooms were well ventilated and we definitely did not require ac even on the hot sunny day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay for big groups and families close to the Padmanaba Swamy Temple, they have 2 floors with around 9 rooms which can accommodate upto 20 people. Proper kitchen with all utensils available. Dedicated gated parking available in ground floor and also has a lift.

It was a wonderful stay with a great location in a peaceful and calm neighborhood! The lack of Wi-Fi was a bit challenging, but everything else was fantastic. Highly recommend for those looking for a serene getaway!
