Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. In the heart of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Park, this Périgourdine house accommodates up to 14 people. Completely renovated, it offers 6 bedrooms, (3 on the ground floor, 3 upstairs). A patio with barbecue allows you to eat out. The private pool is on a land not attached but close: about 400 m, with views of the valley. Open from June. Numerous activities are available nearby: hiking, ATV, canoeing, horseback riding, tennis, golf, farmers' markets...
