Despite the demolition work of a neighboring house, we loved the place. Several small touches made us happy. Coffee, tea provided. I prefer chairs with a backrest for eating but for a few days the high benches were fine. Thank you, it was great.

Had a great stay! The contact with Stefan was super nice and attentive from the beginning. The apartment is ideally located – central, but still quiet at night. Stefan gave me great insider tips that perfectly suited my needs. The apartment itself is bright, super clean and equipped with everything you need. I would have loved to stay longer. It was the perfect introduction to a new city where I now live – it couldn't have gone better. Absolute recommendation! 🙌

Viktor's apartment was simply perfect! Very clean, well decorated and exactly like in the pictures. The location is great, with easy access to transportation and important points of the city. The hosts both Caroline and Alexander are very friendly and responsive. Communication was perfect and the check in was very easy. The pictures don’t do the place the justice. It’s so much more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s a wonderful place and very peaceful. The house itself is so well equipped. You can definitely tell that the owners spends a lot time and money to renovate it. The house was super clean. The sauna was a hit, also our children enjoyed it very much. We spend a lot of time playing in the garden and enjoyed a local bier garden. I recommend this house to anyone who values privacy and peaceful space, where you can easily relax surrounded by the forest and enjoy waking up in a exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Will definitely come back.

We were there with a child and two dogs and felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The garden at the back, which is fenced, is also particularly great for dog owners. The communication with the hostess was also very friendly. We felt comfortable all around!

A beautiful and renovated accommodation in the countryside in the middle of Franconia. The house was spacious and offered enough space for our young family of five, with a large, cozy garden to play, explore and be creative. A ping-pong table and a foosball table provided additional fun for all ages. Everything was tidy and clean, we didn't miss anything. The location is very nice and quiet, yet only a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and excursion destinations. The hosts are super friendly, respond quickly and welcomed us warmly incl. Excursion tips, restaurant recommendations and a sweet surprise!

We had a very nice short vacation with 4 adults in an interesting area! Hikes, for example, to the Walberla and excursions to the nearby area are quite possible from Pinzberg. The best way to get to the starting points is by car. The Bergkirchweih and the city center of Erlangen are easy and quick to reach from Forchheim by public transport (cheap with the Deutschlandticket, a single ticket is quite expensive for the short trip). Bamberg and Nuremberg are also worth a visit. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and tastefully furnished with a lot of natural wood furniture. A nice change is the gander Gustav, who lives in the fenced garden area and greets the guests and is vigilant. Ariane and Roman are a very friendly, open-minded and helpful landlord couple as you wish. In the village, there is a good restaurant and in the surrounding villages, you will find plenty of good beer gardens!

Wonderful stay! Home had everything we needed plus more. Highly recommend and will be back on our trip to Germany.

The house conforms to the description in every respect. It is very pleasant, very comfortable, very quiet while being close to all amenities. We enjoyed the barbecue, heated pool, sauna and beautiful garden (and the singing of many birds!)

A large wonderful apartment in the middle of Karlsbad, very good also for resting in between! We had three bedrooms, two were under the roof with slopes. One of them could become a problem for really tall people! There were also two bathrooms, one of them has slopes, but it is very large. From the windows of the bedrooms you can see the park and a colonnade. Very quiet up there! In the kitchen, everything you could ever need was available, but since the gastronomy in Karlsbad is so good, we used it little. The living room is large and has beautiful high windows, a large couch and a large dining table. There is also a dining table in the kitchen. So it's a spacious apartment that I highly recommend! This place is much bigger than you would think and then it looks in the photos. He has a private garage, although please don’t bring a large SUV as it will be a nightmare to park it in there. A very large comfortable place. I recommend it.

Roman’s apartment was excellent - very clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. You can tell a lot of thought went into making sure guests have everything they need. Reaching the apartment requires a bit of fitness, but the effort is absolutely worth it for the comfort and great location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

We were pleasantly surprised by the stay. The apartment is great, prepared for small children, we were with four, including a 1.5 year old child. Crib, stair safety. In addition, peace and quiet. Very nice neighborhood, beautiful views. I recommend it!
